Sub challenge: Led Zeppelin is supposed to be one of the pioneers of hard rock/heavy metal. I've never liked one of their most popular songs.

But I did like a cover that ended up being by a future poppy rock band.

It is just me, and I accept that, but all my heavy metal favorites from back in the day give me a headache today.

Used to like a lot of Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Metallica, older Ozzy, some Ratt, and of course Iron Maiden. (Many already listed above.)
