Yodeller that offended Islamic neighbours in fresh row - General News - Austrian Independent Online News - English Newspaper

A report claiming that an Austrian was sentenced in court for offending his Muslim neighbours by yodelling has attracted massive interest across the world - and heated debate from left and right.

Hundreds of readers posted comments and sent emails on the subject after we published it with some demanding Muslims accept Austrian culture - and others that the yodeller had deliberately tried to provoke his neighbours whose prayers were played through a loudspeaker.

The story was originally published in the Kronen Zeitung newspaper that said Austrian Helmut G. was found guilty of deliberately disrupting his neighbours at prayer, and made to pay a fine.

I am going to laugh my ass off at Europe if in ten years from now that protesting against the government,government policies and military becomes illegal and I will say I told you so.
