I guess we will see if the lower court eventually gets challenged once a decision has been made.

I’m surprised she didn’t take offense at the term because it contained the word “chain”—like how Sen. Dick Durbin objected to the term “chain migration” because he claimed it caused pain to Blacks because it invoked memories of slavery.
