You are still full of crap, Canadian. We just refuse to promote a Kamala Harris. It’s called wisdom.
I know I know, Kamala is black, that would be far worse than Indian heritage.

Oh, yes!

I would vote for Ambassador Haley in a New York minute.

Or Senator Tim Scott.

Either one would be a million times better than cognitively challenged "Amtrak Joe" or vacuous Vice President Harris.

I would not. She is a beltway insider. Her type of politics is part of the problem.
Right. People with no concept of how government works make the best politicians. They are the ones that are only in it for the money.

🤣

The idiot left goes out of their way to prove that their mindless hatred of Trump was never about Trump.

Someone they couldnt pick out of a line-up is already grabbing them by the *****.

Not unless the alternative was really horrible. If we have learned anything over the last 6 years, it's that Nikki Haley is an empty suit.
Globalist neocon Nikki Haley:

- Supported Mueller investigation
- Signed bill to remove confederate flag
- Supports climate change hoax
- Believed Bubba Wallace fake noose hate crime
- Said "We can do better than this" of Trump

Nikki Haley the RINO, folded like a wet wash cloth over the Confederate flag when she was a gubnor !

What a mistake that was, For a first generation immigrant (Nimratta) Nikki Haley to strip South Carolinians of their history, and their heritage, this is the political correctness on steroids.

If she wanted to show a connection with the fallen blacks another action would have been more appropriate.

An eight-foot statue stands on the grounds of the South Carolina
statehouse of 'Pitchfork' Ben Tillman that has
been standing there for more than 50 years. It was
dedicated in 1940, and lauds his “life of service and
achievement” but does not note his beliefs about race.
Tillman “a noted white supremacist who
unapologetically advocated lynching any black who tried to vote.”

Pitchfork Ben, South Carolina Governor (1890–1894) & Senator (1895–1918)
spent most of his life trying to reassemble a world in which white landowners were the rulers
and black people were subordinate. To do that, he built a social movement of white landowners, which he levered into two terms as governor, then four
terms as a U.S. Senator.

To take down the Tillman Statue would have been a more appropriate measure to
demonstrate support for the eight blacks killed than to take down
the southern battle flag that many in that state feel their ancestors
followed bravely. The Tillman statue afterall is on the same capital grounds.

Ben Tillman was the founder of Clemson College Haley's alma mater, Tillman Hall
has the university's clock tower and is the Universities signature building. The flag
is gone & Tillman is still memorialized thanx to Haley

Could she be the first female President of the US?

Look, I agree with the rabidly rightwing Haley on absolutely nothing but if she wants to define 51 as “young” (which it objectively is in the geriatric US government) I’m all for that.

Also in Haley’s favour is that she has always cynically used the fact that she’s an Indian-American woman (her birth name is Nimrata Randhawa) and the child of immigrants to deflect from bigotry in the Republican party and seem palatable to some liberals. Simultaneously, however, she’s adept at throwing meat to the rightwing base and wading into culture wars. “CRT [critical race theory] is un-American,” she tweeted on Monday, for example.

So could Haley be the first female president of the US? Again, I wouldn’t write it off. She’s smart, ambitious and apparently devoid of any sort of moral compass: all the qualifications you need to get to the top in politics.

Would you vote for Nikki Haley?
I would say yes to Haley not having a chance. Haley is at 3% today among Republicans for their 2024 presidential nomination. Way behind Trump and DeSantis, 3 points behind Pence. It would take a miracle to climb above Trump and or DeSantis.

Would I vote for her? It would depend on who the Democrats nominate and how MAGA Trumpist Haley is. I’m not averse to voting third party, against both major party candidates if I dislike and don’t want neither major party candidates to become the next president. Depends is as far as I would go today.

She supported Trump so that's a big "no" for me.

Hell Yes!

She's not afraid to stand her ground. She's strong. She's smart. She's young (which is what we need after Trump (mid-70s) and Biden (80))

Maybe she's getting her name out there for a VP nod.

Won't happen. Being female already eliminates her in the eyes of Righties, being of Indian heritage definitely will do her in with that crowd.
Do you have any evidence to support your statements? Or is this more of your usual projecting?

And yet, i, a "Righty" have called for her to run for Prez multiple times in here.

Broad-brushing is a bad debate tactic. Fail less.

No. I was telling you that you appear to be a bigot. You seem to think people who think differently than you would not elect a female leader, and yet we are talking about the 116th governor of a state that might be more a part of the deep, red, south than most any other in the US. Seems she did fine there.

So, obvious evidence shows you to be wrong, and yet you persist with your belief based on what I just showed quite easily to be incorrect information.

Looks like bigotry to me.
Seems like bigotry to me also. The bigotry and hate that comes from those on the left is awful and they post it on this board every day.

I was open to something like this circa 2015-2016, but her behavior after the last few years was just too much. I understand the need to keep your head down and get to work while you were UN Ambassador, but after that point, I'm sorry, there's just no justification for it, especially during and after Trump's first impeachment scandal. I mean, if there's a moment where a current or former UN Ambassador should be able to comment, it would be the President of the United States pressuring a foreign ally to dig up political dirt on his opponent, or else not get money to defend itself against the Russian empire. Even her predecessor, John Bolton, put up more of a stink during and after the impeachment than she did--and he largely held back information until his book came out!

Then after January 6, the sheer opportunistic indecision from Haley was just embarrassing. First she joined us NeverTrump and Never Again Trumpers, then rejoins Trump in the most embarrassing way possible. Then she waffles some more. Then she says "oh, I'll never run if he runs again!" And...now, she's deciding she's running. Or is she? Is she doing a vanity run to get on the VP short list? Who knows!

All I know is I am not interested.
