This headline appears to be a lie. Here's a credible source - they've apparently outlawed drop boxes, but will not decertify 2020.

They why post it as if they are decertifying? The article I post said nothing about decertifying. Its just another right wing fever dream.

They can vote to decertify it all they want. That won't decertify it. I would say that Wisconsin Republicans are in enough trouble for Wisconsin's part in the fake electors fraud as is their Senator Ron Johnson. I would advise them to keep the heads below the grass line as they are in enough trouble as it is.

Well I have news for those who believe trump is still prez, he can't run again in 24', that would be his third term.

I've been waiting for some state legislature to decertify and create chaos because that's what Rep/cons do. They hope it'll get to SCOTUS. Anti-govt RW extremism is on the rise, and has been for some yrs, and can only get worse. This case is an example. 40% of Americans voted by mail in the last election. Eliminating drop-boxes takes a bite out of mail-in voting and reduces the facility of the democratic right to vote. We should be expanding that right, not reducing it.

I admit I have not read the Courts decision and am only going by some reporting I have seen but I can't help but think it is a wrong decision if not even a stupid one.

Nothing in the ruling does it say the election results must be decertified. That conclusion in the thread title is an opinion.

The ruling basically puts a permanent injunction against drop box use, until the State Legislature updates the election laws.
