This year has seen more late snow than usual here in Colorado Springs. We don't normally get snow and ice this late in April.

Send some our way. Arizona is way behind in precipitation.

Gee. Almost like the climate is changi...

nah, can’t be. Probably Jesus.
No. It's not changing. In my 31 years in Colorado, I've seen dry Aprils, rain-wet Aprils and snow Aprils.

This year, we have a snow April.

Sorry, can't do that.

Even though we have a lot of late snow, we haven't gotten a lot of normal winter snow this year.

We already have the beginnings of drought.

What I would prefer is rain over snow. Rain tends to collect in reservoirs, while snow tends to evaporate into the atmosphere.

as i've stated, i've never taken a side on man's affect on climate change. but when someone does a thread like this i like to post a picture of the area they're discussing. it's approximately the white dot i added to this map...

In Colorado, if you don't like the weather, just wait. It'll change. Then again, if you're enjoying the weather...

Snow here in KC this morning as well. Midwestern Spring...

Yep. We got 5 inches of snow last night, streets are all clear of it this morning. Keeps things interesting.

Don't you know every type of weather that exists and can be observed is caused by climate change. Climate change also wants your first born.

Shhhhhhh... Please discuss this quietly, we don't want the Texas electrical grid to fail.... If it gets wind of snow or even cold nearby it could fail for a week again...

No doubt, but my first born is a pretty tough dude. Climate change will have a hard time getting him.

It's not uncommon to have freezing temps there

Yet they lost power in February like the rest of Texas... It's almost like power in Texas is connected to big grid like system...

Well seeing as my home if already under 20 ft of water it'll likely be ready to survive. Lol
That sounds interesting. How did that come about?

I have no idea all I know is when I was in 5th grade there were these people that came and talked to the school and told us how the ice caps were melting and we'd probably be underwater in 20 years and that was 27 years ago.

I really don't even notice the water that's 18 ft over the top of my head my vehicle seems to be waterproof too

Oh. Thanks for clearing that up. I've lost interest.
