Does anyone else have their DP window goes off the right side of the screen with a horizontal scroll bar?

Is your screen set to 100% view? Sounds weird. Not mine. Tom's little Netbook does that. Drives me craaaazy.

The window is maximized should there shouldn't be any scroll bars. Resolution is fine.
