Jurisdiction mean you can enforce laws over that person. NY police have no jurisdiction in Georgia. The Feds have jurisdiction over anyone in the country.

I'm going to say "it depends". It's no secret that if democrats win, they will stop the wall, grant instant amnesty, and reopen the borders. The long game is changing Americas demographic away from a "native" workforce that only cares about its paycheck, not its political benefactors.

So it will continue along until the next power change.

Juan does jobs our society is unwilling to adequately pay workers to do, i.e, wages that would attract natives, while Freiderick takes jobs from your kid. If you are serious, work for policies that raise wages, and be willing to pay more for your motel room, fruits and vegetables, restaurant meals or construction costs, the subsidies to our lifestyles few anti-immigrant politicians will acknowledge.

I don't know if this is doable, but the simple fact is that Pres. Trump never intended for Mexico to write us check. This was made very clear a long time ago and the TDS crowd just keeps ignoring it. There's the real issue of whether the amount of money that could be kept here is enough to pay for the wall that could be being brought up,but instead we get this kind of blather.

If they are caught working here illegally fine them heavily - meaning take everythiing they own - and then deport them

If you are unwilling to pay competitive wages, then where is the economic justice letting Fredrick work cheap - presumably as an adult in a teenagers job. Teenager now has no job, Fredricks wife and five kids on welfare.
