Will Rove Be Indicted?

Karl Rove offered to retestify in the Plame case last July, and after hearing Judy Miller's testimony last week, the special prosecutor in the case will hear him now, with no guarantee that he will not be indicted. On Fox News Sunday Bill Kristol said he was worried that there might be an indictment.

Is there scary paperwork to follow, or are the bureaucrats simply confirming details and filling in the blanks so they can close the book and move on?
