There was one guy with an Antifa emblem as their avatar. Supposedly they're loosely organized.
Their tactics are basically to break a few windows, steal a few TVs so people can see it, provide a few baseball bats and Molotov cocktails, then get clear and watch the mayhem and laugh.

So....Anybody?

Most are just cowards and children. They can't do anything unless they have 20 people beating on some woman in the street. I doubt you will have any of them state they are.

As I understand it, there's no membership criteria.

So, as of the time stamp on this post, everyone who has ever posted on DP is now a member of antifa.

When they gang up on innocent individual civilians for their political beliefs and beat them for their own political agenda, then yes, they are terrorist and should be treated accordingly.
