Why Poor Whites Vote Against Their Interests

According to the political left, lack of diversity by itself is strong evidence of racial discrimination.

You gonna actually address the counter-argument or you gonna keep moving goal posts?

Equating the value of culturally diverse workplaces, especially in a culturally diverse country, with racism is pure unadulterated bullshit.
You make that mistake time and time again. You need to order your thoughts better. "Racism" is not "racial discrimination." Racism, historically, has been a motivation for racial discrimination, but it is not exclusively its motivation.

If, with all good intentions, you reward someone because of their skin color and, as a consequence, penalize someone else for their skin color, you are engaging in racial discrimination.

If you can manage to learn how these two concepts differ, the quality of your posts in this thread will improve.

If/when you ever become aware of 'WHO CREATES OUR MONEY AND HOW DO THEY DO IT'? you'll know... until then, blather on...

"While boasting of our noble deeds we're careful to conceal the ugly fact that by an iniquitous money system we have nationalized a system of oppression which, though more refined, is not less cruel than the old system of chattel slavery." (Greeley)

So someone who doesn't get a job is being penalized? :ROFLMAO:

How's that for ironic.

^Yes, ironic would be you and others hijacking my thread and making it about your whining over black lesbians getting hired.

Already been through this with you... ime, you'll never 'get it'...Ime, you still believe [stooooopidly] that 'the government' creates 'our' money when in reality private commercial banks do..

Monetary realists, unlike Republicrat-level 🤡 cheerleaders, understand that they who control the issuance of money control/DOMINATE the economic and political processes of the world..'

"The banks create all the money of this nation and the nation and its people pay interest on every dollar of that newly created money. This means that private banks exercise un-Constitutionally, immorally and ridiculously the power to tax the people..." [Voorhis]

Yes, they absolutely are.

Prior to the Civil Rights movement, were Blacks being denied work because of their skin color not "being penalized?"

You really need to slow down and think through your arguments more carefully. I can assure you that poking holes in them doesn't require a great deal of effort.

Nice OPINION piece.

How does the public "pay interest on every dollar of that newly created money"?

That is literally the point of the OP. Rural hillbillies are getting their pockets picked by elite scumbags in DC. And those rural hillbillies are voting for them anyway, because they are terrified of immigrants and transwomen.
I think you sort of hit on it, the tension between economic interests and cultural issues. I think some folks, not knowing or caring about what current conservatives might do regarding workplace issues, vote for them because they might agree with fears stoked about immigrants, gays, et al.

Motive matters. By that logic, anyone who misses out on getting a job is 'penalized'. That is a ridiculously dumb way to frame it.

Yes, banks create money, but I think the intention is really who creates value, and that's not banks.

The banks decide who gets loans/credit and at what price.. They LARGELY decide which companies even exist to 'create value'...

No, motivation does not matter. Either you engage in racial discrimination or you do not. The motivation simply explains why you're engaging in it. In other words, there's no do-gooder exclusion in The Civil Rights Act.

This is what I mean about organizing your thoughts better. Whether you kill someone for money or because you momentarily took your eyes off the road, you are still guilty of killing someone. Motivation comes into play when discussing the degree of the crime and suitable punishment.

motive does not matter to the one not getting the job based on merit

No, motivation does not matter.

It absolutely does. Motivation is the difference between whether the boss did something legal or illegal by denying the Jewish applicant a job.

This is what I mean about organizing your thoughts better.

Says the guy who accuses me of wanting Jews out of the Middle East. Look in the mirror, bud.

It can make the difference between humbling oneself and moving on or getting a big pay day in civil court.

perhaps it plays out that way but does not matter on getting the job or not.

How does the public "pay interest on every dollar of that newly created money"?

Private commercial banks 'create deposits' out of nothing and loan them at interest... duuuuuuh..

Do some basic homework for once... Steve Zarlenga, Bill Still, Stephen Goodson, G. Edward Griffin, Ellen Brown, The Alliance For Just Money, etc..

Playing a role in deciding who creates value is not the same as creating value.

'A ROLE' LOL!!! THE MOST CRITICAL ROLE!!

“The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation. To depart from mere generalizations, let me say that at the head of this octopus are the Rockefeller–Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses generally referred to as the international bankers. The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes.

They practically control both parties, write political platforms, make catspaws of party leaders, use the leading men of private organizations, and resort to every device to place in nomination for high public office only such candidates as will be amenable to the dictates of corrupt big business.” [only the names have changed]

If you demonstrated an understanding of how DEI efforts work, the quality of your posts would be improved.

🤷‍♀️

The fatal flaw with all those arguing against DEI efforts is that they fundamentally just do not grasp that DEI efforts don’t influence the final hiring decisions - no one gets the job because they were black versus white.

They get the job based on their merits.

DEI works to create a corporate culture and awareness where barriers that allowed for discrimination throughout an organization are broken down.

From where jobs are advertised, to how people are treated within an organization, to addressing the way policies are written, to double checking for bias and prejudices in even things such as the way jobs are posted and interviews are conducted.

Examples of DEI policies at work within an organization include making sure there are places and spaces for breastfeeding individuals to pump during work and store milk, for example. Or making sure that job postings are distributed to various channels, and college recruitment efforts include local community colleges and trade schools - not just the more prestigious colleges. They include making sure that you don’t plan major corporate events and meetings during Ramadan or Jewish holidays, so individuals can take those days off if wanted without interfering with major deadlines. They include making sure that interviewers don’t ask inappropriate questions, and interviews aren’t conducted in a biased manner. They include making sure workplaces are inclusive for disabled people and individuals that are sensitive to noises, scents, etc.

That’s DEI.

When practiced correctly, successful DEI efforts result in a workforce where all walks of life can collaborate together and work together. Without any group facing hostilities or having any preferential treatment.
