Why I believe that George Zimmerman is going to walk

You also keep claiming that there was whispering in the 911 call. If either of those things are accurate, then it is clear that it was more then just Z who saw T and thought it was suspicious.

I can tell you.. when I was 12-14 we used to dress up in black sneak out at night for no other particular purpose than to get security to chase us.. Chase us they did and we were rolling over fences and hedges.. all kinds of juvenile excitement.. They would always call out, I know your daddy, I know your daddy.

Actually, it is the beginning of the physical encounter. T had evaded Z and could have easily gotten to his destination or called 911. Instead, he approached Z in an agressive manner, hit Z breaking his nose, then jumped on top of him. That sure seems to be a physical encouncter to me. As Simon likes to say, YMMV.

BTW, I just read the lawsuit, and I do not believe it is what you think it is. It appears that the insurance company is just looking for clarification from the courts as to their rights and wether the contractual exclusion applies in this case. This isn't all that uncommon. There is a term for it, I just can't recall what it was at this point since it's been a while since I've had to deal with it.

Not only do you declare you would have been intensely demanding and initiating a face-to-face confrontation, but you would declare you have the power to do so being "neighborhood watch."

GZ was not as radical, bizarre and aggressive as you say you would have been and he should have been.

It's just the insurance company going to the court so the court can review the contract language. It's very common when an insurance company is not 100% on what to do and does not want to make a mistake. Don't let her mislead you into thinking it's anything greater.
