Why Everyone's Bored With Atheists

As long as you make straw man arguments I will point them out.
You will continue to make false arguments and prove that you don't know the meaning of your own words.

You keep repeating straw man arguments. Nothing is more boring than that.
You've succeeded in reaching the nadir of tediousness. many times now. Not sure you've ever said anything remotely interesting.

Your unhealthy obsession is still going on, I see. So now atheists are not only boring and mediocre but unintelligent? LOL… All these posts, sometimes 10-12 in a row, on this subject you neither understand or believe. You are thinking about this a lot, clealry. Atheists aren’t.

You may want to find a new hobby. You’re not good at this one.
Ooh, the psychologist pose, where you pretend to be able to psychoanalyze your opponent. That's ever so original-- NOT.

You're not doing any atheists credit by claiming they don't think about their own belief system.

Your straw man arguments don’t need to be refuted. It is hilarious that you think you created some real challenge to be overcome by those who you made a straw man argument about.

You now have to prove that all agnostics aren’t atheist haters who only present straw man versions of atheists and then think these straw men must be proven wrong. Can you do this?
Straw men arguments are still only those arguments that represent an opponent as holding a view the opponent does not hold.

I realize you think that repeating your drivel annoys me. You are incorrect. I made the OP knowing it would draw the wrath of superficial atheists

It wasn’t hard. You are transparent in this.

You're not doing any atheists credit by claiming they don't think about their own belief system.
They don’t. At least, not nearly much as you do, that is painfully obvious. (And repetitive, and boring…)
I’m not trying to credit atheists with anything either.
All this time and effort, and you are still clueless.
It’s not a belief system. Atheists don’t belief in supernatural stuff. That’s all it is.

Lol.

So all you have is insults?
I answer insults with insults, within the boundaries of DP rules, the same you do, and as you did in the post to which I responded.

Only to an atheist trying to strike back when he's butthurt by unflattering statements.

You're still not doing atheists credit by claiming their beliefs are simple and unjustified. The ones who go on and on about scientific fact are at least tapped into some sort of coherent philosophical position.

More like you just had a Sam Harris post on your mind and stuck it in here.
Not at all. Religion, specifically Christianity, has always been a keen interest of mine since I come from a very large Catholic family and was taught by nuns. I was a firm believer until my early twenties. Later I realized that, like politics, Christianity and Islam use fear and control to indoctrinate the masses. When you look at the idiots on TV and in politics, they invariably use fear and hate to control humanity, and this has been going on since the dawn of time.

There was a line used by a CNN Director named Charles Chester when he was being surreptitiously interviewed by an undercover agent with Project Veritas. He gloated that CNN was very instrumental in destroying Trump and making him lose by using the fear of Covid and tying Trump to it by contending he was not in favor of masks and lied about him saying to drink bleach, etc. He told the interviewer that FEAR SELLS. He was and ism of course right.

As I thought about what he said, I knew this was just a representation of how humans have done things since they evolved from apes. The ones in power and control use fear and hatred of those who don't believe as you do to get the masses to believe YOU so they can be in charge and control.

The above is what Christianity and the Demoncrats are. Two peas in a pod, using the same fear and control tactics to get believers. Why? So they can get money and power and beat their chests that they made people believe what they do.

In this post I have denigrated Christians (conservatives) and liberals and that may leave with no friends on either side. Frankly, I don't give a damn because truth and logic will always be that.

You're still not doing atheists credit...
Again, not my intention - nor do I care.

...by claiming their beliefs are simple and unjustified.
You still have it wrong. Atheists are non-believers in one thing; a supernatural deity. It is a lack of that one belief. Not a belief system at all. That is simple.
Unjustified? I made no such claim. If you are of a scientific rational mind, atheism is logically and factually justified.

The ones who go on and on about scientific fact are at least tapped into some sort of coherent philosophical position.
I don't know what any of that refers to. There are no scientific facts that support a supernatural deity.

You need a new hobby.

I haven't called it a religion.
I didn't say you did.
It's a philosophical belief system, as evidenced by the fact that you all make roughly the same arguments.
That is false.
No arguments simple enough for atheists to understand, at least.
Let us know whwen you have a valid argument to make.
That's my assertion in the OP; that the similarities of atheists as a whole are more important than their individual differences, because those similarities result in massive mediocrity.
WHat "individual differnces?" It seems you'e trying to make mre out of atheism than there is.

1) Their arguments are derivative.

2) Lacking morality, they can only define what they think it is not.

3) They lack any appreciation of poetry.

That's a good start, yes?

There is a very good podcast that deals in part with collapse of "New Atheism". The podcast host interviews many current atheists and former Atheists on what happened.

Essentially, many people who bought into the confrontational New Atheist line of argument and behavior (many diehards on these very forums!) have realized that all that New Atheism does is carve a hole in your personality and leaves you empty, and no Earthly pleasures filled the void.

It's gone so far down that the stalwarts of New Atheism are struggling to find a meaning to life that they can infuse into their philosophy. Richard Dawkins now claims to be a "Cultural Christian" which allows him to justify attending church, adopting Christian morality but still act like a brainless twit in debates. Sam Harris has become something of a yoga guru, trying to fill the void with meditation regimes.

Of course, this retreat simply undermines the New Atheist argument that there is nothing else, or nothing else is needed... clearly they needed something else.

I highly recommend the podcast for pretty much everyone who visits this forum. The podcast is full of theists and atheists who know how to make a good argument for their positions.

Sounds like condescending garbage from people who font know what they are talking about.

"When a young man is an aspiring atheist he can't be too careful of what he reads." - C.S. Lewis.

(Hint: There are a whole lot of smart and civil people on both sides of this debate and it doesn't hurt to hear them out.)

Not sure what the CS Lewis quote has to so with my point....but ok.

Your assertions in the OP were ridiculous trash without the least bit of actual merit or truth. It is the very definition of massive mediocrity.

All the whining here comes from you atheists, who can't stand criticism of any kind.

You're not doing anything to prove you're not boring, as per the OP.

More projection. You’re very good at it. Not much good at making actual reasoned arguments, however. Please quit your constant whining.
