Penn Jillette was on celebrity apprentice and a while back he commented on the fact that Trump doesn't laugh except for a big fake laugh when he insults someone. I have always loved the way Penn tries to describe Trump in this interview.

My guess is that he would laugh in certain situations. I've known people who he reminds me of in some ways.

I love Penn Jillette.

As far as his thesis about Trump and Penn quoting Felonious Munk that (paraphrased) genius is being yourself, it made me immediate think of the old Bill Cosby joke about cocaine:
