Conservatives constantly say the US cannot afford socialized medicine, but they never address that the US system is far more wasteful in terms of Health Care spending compared to other Western countries. Can conservatives say how we are going to pay for the current system?

Because we're just about the fattest nation on earth, we drink like fish, and do lots of drugs, and we regularly engage in dangerous activities like unprotected sex, and drag racing cars.
And we don't give a rat's ass what health care costs because we don't pay for it anyways.
