In order to achieve what you want, you have to implement tariffs and raise costs on you, remove 2 trillion from federal spending/GDP which will create a severe recession at best, create a legal system that is more interested in political prosecutions than actual law and order, attach America to an antiquated power generation technology, remove regulations that keep your kids healthy, reduce the quality of schooling, and empower a sociopath who wants to try and break out democratic system, remove science and technical development funding, and generally make the United States less economically competitive while China passes us by.

It’s a difference in political ideology. I remember that between Goldwater and Reagan, the word conservative was used in a political derogatory manner by the democrats. Then with Reagan, he turned the word liberal to be insulting to the opposite political philosophy of Reagan and the GOP. MAGA has joined that parade. Even today, a lot of conservatives use the word progressive to insinuate an insult to that political belief.

MAGA for a lot of folks, not only liberal democrats are associated with Trump. His avid followers, not a political ideology. It’s for them a word to designate the cult following of Trump in their minds. It has nothing to do with making America great again. MAGA is an insulting political slogan for Trump which identifies Trump and his hard-core followers. These words come and goes. Some last a long time, others for a shorter period of time.

The belief here for liberals is the conservative political ideology is taking this country backwards, not forward. Much like many conservatives believe the liberal philosophy is destroying this country, making this country into a third-rate nation. Using MAGA as an insult is a way to show disdain for Trump and his avid followers.

I think it's because MAGA tend to be idiots. They literally believe that Kamala Harris steers hurricanes, they're eating the cats, the vaccines are chipped, the wildfires are started by Jewish space lasers, Hillary murders babies and drinks their hormones in a NY pizza place, windmills cause cancer, Donald won the 2020 election, only liberals wear denim and ride e-bikes, the UHC CEO shooter was trans, and all sorts of other wacky things. The one bright side to this is that they are exceptionally easy to grift.
