Why did insurance companies pull out of California right before the wild fires?

I don't brag about it. But you commenting on California when you don't know the dereference between the San Fernando Valley, Los Angels, Los Angeles County, Tujunga, Santa Clarita, Fresno but claiming you know all about brush fires in California is like me commenting on pizza in New York when I have never been there. There are times when you should realize when to quit and move on.

Sorry but it stands to reason that homes built decades ago and survived until now weren’t built in a habitual high fire zone.

You're right. The ones NOT built in or near brush areas survived because they weren't in a brush area. DUH! Whooda thunk?

Insurance companies are trash. They are some of the biggest crooks on the planet. It is horrible how they are allowed to just **** people over.

Sure they were... back when the housing tracts/areas were new they were in fire zones.
