The thread is about PROPERTY insurance and not health insurance. But is the solution on health insurance is to just pay every claim without audit or question then? I can't make heads or tails of the link as it talks about denied claims and doesn't say what those claims were or if the denials were justified. There are appeals processes as well and the link makes no mention of that. By way of example, let's say someone insures with Farmers and has a house and car insured with them and his wife dies.
