People forget that the world SOCIAL in social construct involves SOCIETY and thus you need their agency and input. If they withhold it then imposing it on them means you are the authoritarian.

The real question is why didn't Moses choose to make his new monotheistic god female. And there is probably a very good historic reason for that choice if you look at where Moses' little band of renegade slaves came from.
