There are multiple reports of repeated attempts to extract someone from the Azovstal factory in Mariupol, which is surrounded and under siege by the Russian army.

There have apparently been multiple attempts at extraction by helicopter, with helicopters shot down on 2 separate attempts.
The latest attempt involved a cargo ship trying to break through the Russian patrol ship cordon, to dock at the port there, and that ship was likewise disabled when it came under fire from the patrols.

Who could be holed up in there?

Is Azovstal the new Tora Bora?
