There should be no compromise. Employers who want their employees to show up to work on Thanksgiving (or Christmas or Winter Solstice, or whatever) should be able to force them.

Quick way to end that, ban them from the premises, if they refuse to move on have them arrested for multiple charges ranging from remaining after forbidden, to public nuisance, all the way to interfering with lawful business.I just wish they would ask for identification from these so-called strikers/demonstrators.
