Considering those 2% contribute 40% of all the income taxes that the government collects, but only got 15% of the cuts, I'd say they got ripped off... big time... While the folks who chipped in the other 60% of the taxes, got 85% of the cuts and made out like bandits...

Considering those fund managers who make $billions/year and put our economy in jeopardy, I would say they are ripping off the American people. Those folks on Wall Street and the banksters are responsible for the financial meltdown.
