No. It’s just the reality of what’s been going on since the end of white apartheid. Poverty, unemployment, and inequality have all increased. Life expectancy has decreased. And a lot of that is because of the race-based confiscation and redistribution of land. Apartheid itself never really ended..they just swapped roles and it’s been destructive.
