That's the message the media is sending us. As blacklivesmatter recently shut down the Bay Bridge in San Francisco to protest white cop on black person shootings, black on white hate crimes have continued to occur, and are ignored by BOTH the media and law enforcement.
Take for example, the attack on a white Iraq War veteran, which occurred in Washington Park, Illinois last October. He was attacked by 4 black males, beaten unconscious, and then ran over with a car. His only offense was being white in a black neighborhood. He survived Iraq, only to be nearly killed while pumping gas in the US.

The suspects have not been charged with a hate crime, and the local media refused to mention the racial nature of the attack.
Yes, us white folks are in real trouble!:lamo
Black on white hate crimes are a far different thing from white on black police shootings. One is a case of private citizens committing crimes against other private citizens. The other is a case of society - we the people - through our elected officials allegedly committing crimes against a group of citizens. They are radically different things.
White lives are the most valued lives in this country, LOL. Anybody who says otherwise is either dumb, ignorant or a white supremacist.
I have a fundamental objection to my life being described as "white".
 I hadn't thought of that. Now that I have, I too have a fundamental objection to my life being described as ______ (fill in the category of your choice). I see others as unique individuals and regard myself as the same.
I expect we all do. We define the attributes of inanimate objects based on their appearance, function and properties. We shouldn't define humans in a similar manner. Naturally, if one's desire is to define humans in a manner similar to inanimate objects, then it would be wise to consider what the objective of such a definition might be. It certainly gives all the appearance of cheapening the value of individual lives. It's hard to get anywhere good from that position.
Yawn! Why is it that there are so many people that can not comprehend the Black Lives Matter movement? It just goes to show you just thick skinned far too many are; how firmly entrenched in our culture racism remains and how much distance remains in the journey toward fairness and racial equality.
White lives are the most valued lives in this country, LOL. Anybody who says otherwise is either dumb, ignorant or a white supremacist.
It isn't a matter of comprehending the BLM movement; its a matter of disagreeing with it.
If you are white, what's stopping you from protesting and bringing it to people's attention that you feel white lives dont matter?
Can you imagine how the motto "White Lives Matter" would be received? It's ok and even applauded to lament the loss of black lives. It would be considered racist to lament the loss of white lives.

other than saying it in a sarcastic way to make fun of civil rights protesters, i could not imagine anyone using the phrase "white lives matter" ...the rhodesian bush wars maybe???
All lives do matter. That does get lost by some in this argument. If we want to end racism, we need to stop focusing on race. The people who keep bringing race into the equation fail to see that. You understand, I'm sure, that those who ask if "white lives matter" are pointing out, as Sanders did early on, that "all lives matter." BLM has its agenda and we should all understand what that is, but if you think someone who asks if "white lives matters" is making fun of civil rights protesters, you're way off base.
Where you, and many like you, jump the track is in thinking you somehow devalue the lives of blacks if you admit that all lives matter equally. It's self-defeating.
Sanders was right the first time...all lives matter. When we can get past separating out peoples' value by their race, we'll be on our way to healing. Until then, you're part of the problem, my friend, not the solution.
Police are not elected officials. Sheriffs are, but again that's not the whole police.
The KKK are private citizens and they garner a lot of attention, even though they haven't committed acts of unprovoked racial violence in decades.
what agenda is that?BLM has its agenda and we should all understand what that is
what agenda is that?
King collected millions of dollars for everyone from Haitian orphans to the families of black men and children killed by police across America. Some of that money went to survivors or victims’ families, but much of the largess either went into failed projects, King’s own pockets, or is unaccounted for.
...Documentation and actual figures are difficult to pin down, but the husband and father of five claims to have raised nearly $500,000 on behalf of families “affected by police violence or systemic racism.” But an examination of public records, published articles, and public statements by King and others associated with his work leaves more questions than answers.
...What is necessary now is a laying out of the books. King can and must open his records, stretching back to his disaster relief efforts for Atlanta and Haiti, for independent inspection. And, when it’s over, he should publish that report online.
It’s time to clear the record. Unless and until he does, King’s credibility as a social justice leader of any note hangs in the balance.
Probably to make money for one Shaun King.

so the entire international black lives matter protests that have been going on since 2012, is just a get rich quick scheme for one pastor? i didn't know that
Police are an executive branch agency. They are ultimately answerable to an elected mayor.
BLM has been primarily, at least as far as I know, about police shootings of black men and not about the KKK.
But specifically to the KKK they have a long violent history and even if they aren't violent now that alone makes them newsworthy
