.....WH today significantly lowered expectations for a peace deal to end the Russian (started) war with Ukraine.

Zelensky not coming to Alaska after all.

The alleged purpose of Trump's meeting with Putin is so Trump "can better understand what he can do to end the war."

Putin: "Grovel. No more. No lower, Donald. And with more feeling."


Better hold off on the Nobel Peace Prize for Trump!!! LoL!!!

August 8 - less than one week ago - out of Trump's own mouth ... a peace deal involving a land swap between the two countries.

"Trump was asked on August 8 whether Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would have to give up territory as part of a peace deal to end the full-scale invasion Russia launched in February 2022."
"Well, you're looking at territory that's been fought over for three and a half years. You know, a lot of Russians have died. A lot of Ukrainians have died," Trump said.

"So we're looking at that, but we're actually looking to get some back. Some swapping. It's complicated," he added.

Apparently the war wouldn't have started under his watch either, which now sounds laughable considering he folds like a cheap suit. Apparently none of the "fear of Trump" or his supposed close relationship with Putin has panned out as it relates to Russia and the war.

I mean, were there ever any expectations in the first place? Trump will try to appear big, but Putin will dominate him and in the end Putin will get what Putin wants.

So Trump gets to hear all of Putin's demands and he does nothing except listen.

As I see it the land Russia now occupies in the South East is lost unless Ukraine can reclaim it by force. There may be some land now occupied in the North, Russia is willing to give up, but it will take Putin and Zelensky to come to an agreement to end the war.
Perhaps Trump should let the EU become the middle man and just sell weapons wanted/needed.

Nothing is EVER Trump's fault....if it's bad news. It's all "the media" or Biden or Deep State or Democrats or Socialists or Communists.

I, mean, if you had an employee or a subordinate who had this many excuses for repeated failures.....what would you do as a rational sane boss?

Stop with the excuses. Do what you said you were gonna do.

And, oh yeah, release the Epstein Files.
