White House Asked McGahn to Declare Trump Never Obstructed Justice - The New York Times


This is a recurring theme with trump. After his "inauguration with a record-setting attendance" he asked Mexico's president to go along with the lie that "Mexico would pay for the wall".

No wonder trump doesn't want McGann to testify, McGann can expose trump's criminality and idiocy in person!

So if Donald Trump didn't obstruct justice, why wouldn't McGahn just say so? He was his lawyer, after all.

You're assuming this conversation even took place. There is no proof of it, so the question is moot.

It's not moot. It's in the Mueller report. Seems like it would be pretty simple for McGahn to go on national TV and say that Trump never ordered him to fire Robert Mueller.

Actually people with the capacity to be objective know after a multitude of lies, distortions and misrepresentations from the NYT, nothing they post should be considered credible until its proven beyond any doubt.


These dog whistles are tuned to a specific audience the NYT has trained to make money from.
 
Just imagine Obama making a similar request a month before a reports release, then with a straight face say this alone wouldn't start an impeachment investigation by Republicans.

Well, it would certainly help Trump, for one thing. Debunking the false narrative of obstruction of justice outlined in the Mueller report would give the left less ammo to use against Trump, don't you agree? And he's the only one besides Mueller who can do it.

But the target is focused on what appears to be a crime. All it would take to debunk it is a single sentence. Hell, he could tweet it if he wanted. How much effort would that take? Why not just debunk it and be done with it?

Why won't Mueller agree to show up for committee hearing next week? Its easy just a couple of questions and its over.

It's never gonna be OVER....ever...the hatred for this President is epic...off the charts.

McGahn already testified for 30 hours. Trump was cleared by Mueller. It is time to move on.

I think there comes a point when one has to admit there is nothing anyone could do to stop the offensive the left is on regarding anyone who is not aligned with their party.
