White House aides find 5 more classified documents at Biden's Delaware home

Six years later and only when the Republicans have control of the House.....yeah, nothing here, ole Joe is acting in good faith, lol. Take it out of the hands of the Republicans, get it to the DOJ, wherein it can be controlled.....yeah, nothing going on here.....lol......what will be heard from now on is "I will refer you to the DOJ", and "I have no comment on an ongoing investigation".......yeah, we know ole Joe, same ole corrupt SOB.
It sounds like Biden may have lost your vote.

It sounds like Biden may have lost your vote.

Never even on the radar.....the guy has always been corrupt. Not going to let the schills create false narratives and cover for the arse in the hole.

Drip, Drip, Drip…..

Looks to me like Biden has likely ordered a team to conduct a full search of every bit of private space he owns or has access to, which is the right move. Get all the bad news out in the open, deal with it, learn from it, and move on.

Two ways to respond to this.

The American way: 1. Own up to it, make it right, cooperate, get the materials back where they belong. Take the heat. Learn a lesson. Vow to be better.

The Anti-American way: 2. Deny, lie, lawyer up, refuse to cooperate, play the victim card, claim the government is on a witch hunt, disparage the government institutions charged with handling it, try to turn it into a publicity stunt, work the angles, try to use it to get support from government haters, transform that support into political power.

Lol and you honestly believe it, lol. Biden is taking it out of the hands of the Republican led House, and is showing his guilt because as VP he stole these documents and had not the authority to declassify them. Impeachment proceedings should begin, as in yesterday.

The ridiculous narrative that Biden is doing the right thing comes from the minions, being rooted in lunacy, for Biden broke the law and thought of himself as so far above the law, had top secret documents literally everywhere, even his damn garage.

Biden stole these documents 6 years ago.

Trump was cooperating.....the Biden administration acted ruthlessly, all the while ole Joe knew he had top secret documents all over the place. Ten times worse.

That's because apparently you can't grasp the context of how Biden ( as of right now) and trump are different.

Sounds like a personal problem you should try to fix..just a suggestion
Biden caught dirty over and over.
Democrats have a big problem.
Biden left highly classified material in the wild for years!! Brandon screwed up bad!

Lol and you honestly believe it, lol. Biden is taking it out of the hands of the Republican led House,

Oh, the Republicans in the House are going to do their Republicans in the House thing no matter what he does. Biden is cooperating because it's stupid not to. Unlike Trump, his supporters won't handwave any crimes he might contemplate committing. Biden's supporters believe in the rule of law, which Republicans only give lip service to.

and is showing his guilt because as VP he stole

It hasn't been established what these documents are or how they were retained. We have plenty of time to find that out.

these documents and had not the authority to declassify them.

He never claimed he had the authority to declassify them. In fact he/his team voluntarily reported that he was in possession of the documents and that they were classified. Reading isn't your thing, is it?

Oh wow, another butthurt poster who's so butthurt over Trump getting impeached that he insists that Biden also get impeached. I'm sure you'll get your chance, but you should visit your doctor to get your butthurt checked.

Now, we are beginning to see how the Biden's made all that money.....they sold us out.

"The rule of law".....lol. Prove it by enforcing our laws on the border.....start today, oh law lover.

It hasn't been established what these documents are or how they were retained. We have plenty of time to find that out.

One thing is for sure.....there is NO reason or excuse for a VP to have those documents in his offices and home or garage....nada, zilch, zero.

He never claimed he had the authority to declassify them. In fact he/his team voluntarily reported that he was in possession of the documents and that they were classified. Reading isn't your thing, is it?

He never even had the authority to remove them from whence they came....i.e., they were stolen.

Oh wow, another butthurt poster who's so butthurt over Trump getting impeached that he insists that Biden also get impeached. I'm sure you'll get your chance, but you should visit your doctor to get your butthurt checked.

Oh high and mighty, we "follow the law" party, lol......it was everything BUT the law which got Trump impeached, as it was 100% total lawlessness, which is what the democrat party gives to the American people.

Pretty stunning.

Highly classified material found from Biden in:

November

December

January

And the DOJ had the 1st report of this in November. When will the next find occur?

DOJ finally reports this crime in Jan.
Why was the DOJ trying to hide this?

No politics involved though......bigger story than Trump, but no office or home raid to retrieve the documents.....just let Biden's own lawyers find them and turn them over......yeah, no politics here.....lol. " I will refer you to the DOJ"......the DOJ, "I cannot respond to an ongoing investigation".......they know exactly what they are doing, make no mistake.

Chances are, you don't understand the law so I'll just leave it at that.

One thing is for sure.....there is NO reason or excuse for a VP to have those documents in his offices and home or garage....nada, zilch, zero.

Nobody said that there was.

He never even had the authority to remove them from whence they came....i.e., they were stolen.

Or misplaced. And classified documents could be a lot of things unimportant. They could be handwritten post-it notes about some unimportant phone call with a congressional staffer for all we know.

So, once again, the FBI wasn't required to go get them. And, once again, it's the White House who makes the announcement instead of trying to hide it.

A bit off topic, but I had a thought about my perspective regarding the professionalism I've been assuming the DOJ acts with: I follow lawyers on Twitter all the time, and they have an extremely idealistic notion of the DOJ's professionalism. So while following them has helped me to be more informed of the law in real time as stories break, I might have picked up their idealism along the way. Time will tell whether their idealism is warranted or naive.

Well, it seems that Jack Smith has done more than the DOJ has done in two years. Merritt Garland is noted for his integrity, as were Mueller & Durham etc. Integrity in Washington means never having been indicted, or at least never really tested. Garlands gymnastics to avoid looking political in regard to the Florida Man appears political. We now wait on the integrity of Jack Smith to do what needs to be done & then maybe on the integrity of Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanagh etc.

Chances are, you don't understand the law so I'll just leave it at that.

Nice cop-out.

Nobody said that there was.

Good, so Biden is guilty of breaking the law.

Or misplaced. And classified documents could be a lot of things unimportant. They could be handwritten post-it notes about some unimportant phone call with a congressional staffer for all we know.

"Misplaced", lol......unreal, the hypocrisy is unbelievable. Yeah, they were just post-it notes, nothing here, lol. Facts are, they were stolen by a sitting VP.

Trump was cooperating.....the Biden administration acted ruthlessly, all the while ole Joe knew he had top secret documents all over the place. Ten times worse.

Biden was legally allowed to have those documents. He did not steal them. He misplaced them.

Trump was not cooperating at all. If he was it never would have been necessary to get a warrant and search his premises. The NARA and the DOJ were extremely patient with him. He brought it all on himself. Furthermore, he did it on purpose, all to play the victim card and get attention. The FBI was forced to act because Trump refused to cooperate.

President Biden had nothing to do with the effort to recover the missing materials that belong to the United States, not Trump.

Trump was not entitled to keep those things and he should have turned them all in as soon as he was made aware that he still had them. Instead, he lied and resisted, which forced those government agencies to act. It was obvious that is what Trump wanted. As soon as the search was conducted, he went on social media to rant and rave about his victimhood, and to disparage the government for doing it's job.

It's all a big act to get attention from government haters. That is the way fascists act. Trump is totally a fascist.

Alexander Hamilton totally predicted Trump (who went to military school as a child):

"When a man unprincipled in private life desperate in his fortune, bold in his temper, possessed of considerable talents, having the advantage of military habits — despotic in his ordinary demeanour — known to have scoffed in private at the principles of liberty — when such a man is seen to mount the hobby horse of popularity — to join in the cry of danger to liberty — to take every opportunity of embarrassing the General Government & bringing it under suspicion — to flatter and fall in with all the non sense of the zealots of the day — It may justly be suspected that his object is to throw things into confusion that he may ‘ride the storm and direct the whirlwind.’"
