Do those military pilots that testified to seeing them also wear tinfoil hats?It got moved because it requires tinfoil hats to participate.

They didn't just crash. We shot then down with an electromagnetic weapon so we could retrieve them and reverse engineer the technology.No. I don't. I am reasonably sure that there is life elsewhere besides Earth, including intelligent life. However the odds of any of them travelling light years to get here and just crash in a desert is infinitesimal.
Yes.Do those military pilots that testified to seeing them also wear tinfoil hats?
LolYes.

I tend to agree with you, but how do you explain the phenomenon off the west coast that was leaked out regarding the tic tac shaped objects (UAP's) easily evading Navy jet aircraft? Flying at incredible speed but could instantly stop on a dime.Is there intelligent life elsewhere in the universe? There must be.
We know it happened once.
We know the ingredients required for OUR kind of life are common.
Statistically speaking it is virtually impossible that ours is the only example of intelligent life in the entire universe.
But that is not the question at hand.
Are we being visited by other intelligences?
Whelk I admit there are a great many unexplained phenomena that point to the possibility, I find it hard to swallow.
Unless travel between stars is much easier than we believe it to be, I can’t imagine why they would go to all that trouble and not try to say hello.
Even in a Prime Directive type scenario, I believe we would have more concrete evidence than we have seen so far.
While I would love to have the question answered and find that there are aliens visiting us, I just don’t think so.
Any alien race advanced in technology enough to travel light years to Earth is not likely to be taken down that easily. They didn't just crash. We shot then down with an electromagnetic weapon so we could retrieve them and reverse engineer the technology.
That is certainly a possibility. I just assume they would initiate contact to let us know there is other life out these.I tend to agree with you, but how do you explain the phenomenon off the west coast that was leaked out regarding the tic tac shaped objects (UAP's) easily evading Navy jet aircraft? Flying at incredible speed but could instantly stop at those high speeds.

My theory has always been these are extraterrestrial but not piloted by aliens as the distances of their origin are too far to support life in the time it takes to travel that far. They are AI piloted craft that have very very very long lifespans of use which have traveled long periods of time. What's the point of this if they are too far away to communicate back or the original builders are long gone. No idea.
I'm not so sure. I think contact could cause a myriad of problems. Or they are waiting for us to evolve to the point where the problems are eliminated? That is certainly a possibility. I just assume they would initiate contact to let us know there is other life out these.
The zoo hypothesis. Could be.I'm not so sure. I think contact could cause a myriad of problems. Or they are waiting for us to evolve to the point where the problems are eliminated?
One postulation is we are so far beneath them in evolution it would be like a human making first contact with an ant. Pointless.
That's assuming they are using technology similar to ours. Assuming they are much farther advanced than us they could probably travel anywhere in the universe quickly.Any alien race advanced in technology enough to travel light years to Earth is not likely to be taken down that easily.
I have another theory as crazy as it sounds. What if these UAP are atmospheric life forms that have evolved in the upper atmosphere and space and can move around space at ease? The don't have to be any more intelligent than a bird that expertly flies. Maybe even less, but they can evade capture or automatically response to a chase or threat like an amoeba does to a probe. The zoo hypothesis. Could be.
Mick West on YouTube has a very plausible explanation as to these videos.I tend to agree with you, but how do you explain the phenomenon off the west coast that was leaked out regarding the tic tac shaped objects (UAP's) easily evading Navy jet aircraft? Can you tell I write science fiction?

I will take video artifacts and mistaken frame of references judging speed and direction before as an explanation before aliens.
However a race that advanced would certainly attempt to contact us and would be well advanced enough to allow for any hostilities. And if we spot another worldly craft, we would certainly investigate it before trying to shoot it down. That's assuming they are using technology similar to ours. Assuming they are much farther advanced than us they could probably travel anywhere in the universe quickly.
Here is a more specific one.I can't access your video. Says I need to prove I'm not a bot but nothing happens when I click on the video.
Edit: I was able to go directly to Youtube and access his video. Thanks!
It's been said they didn't crash on their own and that we shot them down with a electromagnetic weapon. So the claim is that the whistleblower was part of an effort where he was “contracted as a helicopter pilot to retrieve all kinds of downed craft, some of which he believes are of nonhuman origin.”
One problem with this is that any civilization advanced enough to travel light years to get here is advanced enough not to be crashing on Earth. Even with our extremely primitive technology in comparison we are able to manage 100,000 flights a day with negligible crashes.
If aliens were visiting us and their intent was to remain secret then they would certainly have the technology to do so. If not, then we would certainly be well aware of them.
Personally I believe that it is very unlikely that we are the only planet in the universe with life but that it’s unlikely we are being visited by life from other planets.
What do you mean to allow for any hostiles? How do you know they didn't investigate it before shooting it down. However a race that advanced would certainly attempt to contact us and would be well advanced enough to allow for any hostilities. DC Long and his Father, then government contractors, were tasked with standing up a shoot house at Range 19. Before they knew it, they were ushered underground at gunpoint only to encounter a "Monolithic Slab."
Long shares his story in great detail, recounting the sights and sounds of this UAP / UFO. Long describes a series of events that unfolded post his encounter that would ultimately separate he and his Father for life. This episode is a cold, hard look at how sinister the aftermath of such an encounter can be
