Let's have a more fun thread that won't incite heavy emotions. Sins aren't real, but provide general guidelines for what a society might find taboo, or frowned upon. Which of the 7 deadly sins does Trump most embody?

(1) vainglory, or pride
(2) greed,
(3) lust,
(4) envy
(5) gluttony
(6) wrath
(7) sloth

----

Or none in any noticeably capacity to the point where he is just an average, regular guy making mistakes. No harm no foul.
All of them apply to some degree, so I'll rank them as I see it in the case of Trump:
  1. Greed
  2. Pride
  3. Gluttony
  4. Sloth
  5. Envy
  6. Wrath
  7. Lust

I'd put lust right up there with greed. His age may interfere with its' expression, but lust is still there.

I'm not sure, I was thinking that some of what we see as lust is actually greed.

where is the option for "all?"

where is the option for "all?"

If I created an all option, it would defeat the purpose of finding his biggest character flaw..

Good god. All of them?

Pride: Remember when this egocentric ass pushed past Montenegro's Prime Minister at NATO in 2017? Remember all those times that Trump walked himself and his cult down radical paths with his only options in the end being to flip-flop on his faithful or just keep walking the path? COVID being a hoax comes to mind. Toss "election fraud" into that stubborn stupidity. The man would rather end his abysmal Presidency with yet another prideful act: boycotting the ceremony that symbolically demonstrates to the world of America's peaceful transfer of power.

Greed: Trump's only real agenda for four years was to create a lucrative environment for his own kind. The 2017 Tax-Cut and Jobs Act gave permanent cuts to his own and freed billion-dollar corporations from paying taxes. In the meantime, his spawn ran the Trump Organization from the White House and produced thousands of cases of economic conflicts of interests. Remember, he "doesn't care about debt." Apparently, that's for suckers who have to keep paying taxes. I paid near $30,000 in taxes in 2019. What did this elitist ass pay? Hundreds?

Lust: Trump's relationship with Epstein was downplayed only because Democrats didn't want to open that door where Bill Clinton may have been party to. Trump's serial adultering included soliciting sex from pornographers. And what has he said about his own daughters?

Envy: Trump routinely, and immediately, defaulted to denigrating the military service of his rivals. He showed constant disrespect by ridiculing American POWs, skipping a Veteran's Day, not bothering with honoring Belleau Wood, and referring to service members as "losers, cowards, American frauds, and overrated." And behind this is his status as a draft-dodger who used a family physician to falsify "bone spurs" to escape serving during a time of war. In the meantime, our nation is full of "losers, cowards, American frauds, and the overrated" who have volunteered too serve their country since September 11, 2001. His behavior is one of envy.

Gluttony: A fat champion of artery-clogging, obese-making, fast-food.

Wrath: His entire presidency is one of routine and persistent grievance; and he maintains an addiction and obsession for revenge upon anybody who dares cross him or "proves" disloyal. He's gone after security clearances, created insulting nicknames to all opposition and critics, and actively seeks the ruin of careers for not pandering to his incompetence. His Cabinet, with its extremely high turn-over rate, is full of people who have quit or have been fired. In Mattis' case, he quit, then Trump pretended to have fired him!

Sloth: Aside from considering that "exercise is misguided," it has been reported by many that he can't maintain focus on anything other than FOX News, because they offer him partisan adoration and comfort. Bush was bad when it came to being presented reports, but Trump could barely get through a single page, for lack of mental interest, unless his own name was used as an attention grabber. Trump is clearly physically and mentally lazy (for a stable genius).

Trump and his cult is perhaps the easiest to define when it comes to these types of theories.

IDK, I'm sure he's quite good at all of them. But, dishonesty isn't on the list, and that's what I'll personally remember him for.

You are literally dead wrong about that. A sin is an emotion or act against God. They include knowingly making false statements, (aka LYING) to anyone about anything.
