Since the New Year, the village of Shikhany in Saratov Oblast has lost its status as a Closed Administrative-Territorial Unit. According to statements from representatives of the British intelligence services, it was here that the Novichok was produced, the agent that, according to the British government, was used in the attempted poisoning of former Russian intelligence officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia. Anyone who wants can now visit the hometown of Saratov’s most famous brand. The residents of Shikhany are concerned that now their financing will be significantly reduced, layoffs will begin, and their specialized clinic will be closed.

Porton Down, just a few miles from where the Skripals were poisoned also produced Novichok. Porton Down the much more likely source. Do your homework on the Integrity Initiative (oxymoron) Skripal. Steele, and MSM manipulation in the British MSM.

Porton Down, just a few miles from where the Skripals were poisoned is where the Novichok was taken to be identified.
Have you EVIDENCE Novichok was produce there?

British scientists at the Porton Down defence research laboratory have not established that the nerve agent used to poison Sergei and Yulia Skripal was made in Russia, it has emerged.
Gary Aitkenhead, the chief executive of the government’s Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL), said the poison had been identified as a military-grade novichok nerve agent, which could probably be deployed only by a nation state.
They did no such thing.:roll:The same Porton Down scientists who refused to comment on where the agent was manufactured.

Isn't it orders of magnitude more likely that Russian Foreign Intelligence Service officers received Novichok from their Russian handlers, than that they broke into Porton Down to get it? That makes no sense.
Porton Down, as well as others, admitted making Novichok.

You are presuming facts not in evidence. Why would Russians want to kill Skripal? Follow the crumbs to Integrity Initiative, Skripal, Pablo Miller, Steele, misinformation campaign in UK MSM. Groups or agencies wanting to conduct a misinformation campaign against Russia are the prime suspects. This reinforces the Cold War need for an enemy that maintains the profit stream to the Military Industrial Corporate Comples.

Baseless accusations. Absolute fraud. A lovely MSM Narrative created by the Integrity Initiative.

We suspect...there is no hard evidence.
Isn't that how all investigations begin?
They have hard evidence of the Russians where they were in close proximity to the victims.
Porton Down is even closer and many Porton Down employees in Skripal town and neighborhood.

Motive, Means and Opportunity as they say on the TV shows.
Russia likely is the perp, but we dont know that Russia is the perp, those who make the claim are lying.
Who is lying?
The meaning of the sentence was clear, you should be able to figure it out.

Why would Russians want to kill Skripal? Do you even know who he was? I seem to recall Putin calling Skripal a scumbag and that "Traitors will kick the bucket."
The prime suspects are the two Russian spies caught on video who staged a sloppy chemical attack on UK soil against a wanted ex-Russian spy that resulted in the collateral deaths of two UK citizens. The same type of attack, by the way, that Putin has ordered in the past against other ex-spies on Russian soil. The type of attack that the UK has never engaged in on their own soil...
I think you are ignoring facts in evidence. Occams razor says the simplest explanation must be assumed. Why assume a conspiracy when there is no evidence for one?
