It is nice to see you take responsibility, NavyPride. I have admitted being left of middle, though I'm closer to being a moderate than an extreme leftist. I have admitted as such in several threads. Also, since I entered this thread condemning liberals for starting a dishonest and purely partisan thread, and since I have never seen you do anything similar, I think I have shown that my partisanship does not even come close to the same area code as yours.

I understand partisan to be related to a political party and not liberalism or conservatism. There are liberal republicans and there are conservative democrats.

Navy is, as we all know, a straight up Republican, even if he does deny it in his failed attempt to maintain impartial credibility.

I am finally glad to see him admit he is not "independant" :rofl as he tries unsucessfully to convince us he is.

No. Liberals are acting outraged over Dennis Hastert not being psychic enough to know to do something about some perverse instant messages he was never shown.

At least he didn't knowingly reward a congressman for screwing a page like Pelosi and her fellow Democrats did. Hypocrisy abounds on this.

Ultimately, this all boils down to, Democrats are hard up for a win, so they tried to sabatoge yet another election with another phony scandal (like the Bush-coke lie, the Bush National Guard lie, etc....and they always drop these bombs right before elections.

There is zero evidence indicating Hastert was ever shown the explicit IMs.

So...what is the left's outrage here based on?

1) We care so much about children that Hastert should have been psychic enough to launch an investigation?

Proof that's not true:

-Megan's Law-against
-Jessica's Law-against
-sex offender registration-liberals have taken every single state to court to overturn them
-NAMBLA-liberals defend them free of charge
-"Rape and escape" manual-liberals call it "free speech" rather than accessory to child rape like the law does.
-the right of 12 year old boys to sleep with men-you people illiterately call that a constitutional right in court

3) Hastert should have known that since Foley was gay, he can't be trusted to be around children.

That would contradict the left's hysteria against the Boy Scouts for not wanting to let gay men walk off into the woods with little boys alone.

4) Democrats just want to win and couldn't care less about kids, ethics, or truth.

5) Democrats cannot form a coherent, consistent, literate argument in general.

So Foley's sexual perversions will be blamed on Democrats, and Clinton, by Limbaugh, Bush and Cheney. If not yet!!!! It will happen very soon. Right Wing Radicals are certainly planning at this time, how to blame conservatives and liberals for Foley acts.
