Where Biden and Trump stand on key issues

Nicely done, for all the waste of time it was....

So that boost was intended to be permanent? Where does incentive reside in your world? Does middle class growth also income upward mobility and what is preventing you from joining those rich people?

Sure. By using their inherited wealth to oppose health care expansion. The ensuing bankruptcies within unlucky families dooms them to poverty and a day-to-day existence.

with freedom comes responsibility including failures, your entitlement mentality cannot seem to address that. Did Gates, Jobs, Zuckerberg inherit their wealth. How many of the top 1% did that and why is that even an issue, jealousy? How have they hurt you or prevented you from joining them?

No. There is almost no mainstream economic studies that support the notion that increasing the top marginal tax rate a few points has any effect whatsoever in people's incentives to work. Same for capital gains.

Why does the tax rate have to be increased at all, Can you name for me any time where social spending was cut because of tax revenue problems? Can you explain to us all how the Trump 1.48 trillion dollar discretionary budget funded by over 2 trillion dollars in FIT, CIT, Excise Taxes creates trillion dollar deficits and has hurt you and your family?

U.S. Federal Budget Breakdown

No it doesn't.

So what do you do when you get more money in your paycheck

True, but that's not what is being proposed. Every developed nation on Earth provides basic health care for their citizens except the US. And yet they do quite well economically.

By taking such extreme positions you disqualify yourself from reasoned debate.

Since when is talking personal responsibility an extreme position?

Conservative has a template that he uses in every thread he enters. The same BS over and over.

Presenting graphs that are not even germane to the discussion. A thread-wrecker.

And there it is,

Can't have an actual discussion on the issues and policies....that would be too intelligent.

Show us what isn't true.

Yes, arguing with a liberal is a waste of time, you live in a bubble ignoring results from your ideology, maybe this will help

seattle riot pictures - Google Search

seattle homeless pictures - Google Search

Want me to post Portland, LA, SF, Chicago, Kenosha, Minneapolis, NYC pictures? Suppose those are Trump created issues as well as we know Democrats aren't responsible for anything bad and certainly don't run those cities

Right so sorry that posting actual data, pictures, videos of liberal results bothers you so much, get used to it and get out of your bubble to see what is really going on.

Not only that but I actually watched that insane "great reset" video. If that's supposed to make one wanna re-elect Trump, it fails. It's a pretty good backfire if ya ask me, yet MORE incentive to vote him out. (FULL of conspiracy wingnuttery, and $0ro$ fearmongering)

The most clueless guy on the board, when it comes to that. :lamo

First he won't unilaterally enact payroll deduction freezes that just screw with people's take home pay in a pathetic attempt to pretend that he's doing something for stressed workers.

But specifically, Biden's plan is here: Joe Biden's Plan for Older Americans | Joe Biden for President

It includes various ways of improving the current system, including increasing the minimum benefit and spousal benefits.

It also says: "The Biden Plan will put the program on a path to long-term solvency by asking Americans with especially high wages to pay the same taxes on those earnings that middle-class families pay."

Oh yeah, he's a radical all right. Regular Lenin.

And anyone who doesn't IMMEDIATELY agree is a "brainwashed liberal Tump® hater".

Of course there can be NO legitimate argument against Trump®. To not love him, is to be "willfully blind" to the Alternafacts™.

If ONLY we'd look at his charts, w'ed LOVE Trump®. It's just so simple, but we just refuse, cuz socialism......

By not reading his simple charts of truth, we are RUINING America for GOOD Americans like him and those who completely agree with him! So selfish isn't it?

and OBAMA!!!!!

I agree that SS was never intended to be the only retirement income for people.

Here is an article on what Biden would like to see for SS. Of course Congress will have to buy off on changes.
Here'''s how Joe Biden plans to change Social Security if elected president

How does the Republicans (Trump) plan to fund SS since Trump would like the payroll tax done away with? If it is to be funded out of the General Fund then what are the Republican's cutting or will they continue with the deficit spending?

Thank you. I know it was a waste of time, and his reply was as I expected. But sometimes it's just kind of fun as an exercise to see how easily conservatives' rants are to counter.

You really shouldn't be so hard on yourself but at lease you recognize your problems

Go do something "useful", and buy some made on Chy-nah MAGAA® caps, and support your orange® daddy, word has it he's goin' broke!

I think the canned response is PONZI SCHEME! SOCIALISM! THROW IT OUT!

Or with the ones that try to be sane, and "electable" it's prrivatize, privatize, hey, why don't we PRIVATIZE?!? Yeah we MUST PRIVATIZE, that's the ticket! (So Wall Street can bilk it before killing it.)

Although I never supported the payroll tax holiday under Obama and don't here tell me how enacting a payroll tax freeze doesn't put more money into people pockets?

Right more rhetoric, a lot of words and no specifics but you are famous for buying rhetoric and ignoring content

It includes various ways of improving the current system, including increasing the minimum benefit and spousal benefits.

And what would those be and what increase in benefits, how much? details to be determined? Why wasn't this done under Obama/Biden?

It also says: "The Biden Plan will put the program on a path to long-term solvency by asking Americans with especially high wages to pay the same taxes on those earnings that middle-class families pay."

Right, tax the rich, how much money are you going to take from those evil rich people? More rhetoric with no idea as to the consequences, there isn't enough rich dollars to fund the liberal spending appetite so guess who also gets stuck with the bill?

Unless you can prove otherwise I give credit to the Americans and businesses for economic numbers you're giving. There's a baseball saying regarding on how well a team is playing that's apt to the performance of any POTUS.

A manager gets too much credit when his team is playing well and too much blame when it's not.

Would be interesting to see which States have been responsible for GPD growth in terms of total dollars.

Stock markets gains have been result of many things other than fundamentals. Like ultra low interest rates and the Fed's pumping billions into our system.

Regarding immigration, Republicans are no more interested in reform than Democrats. It's been 34 years since major reform. This tells me it's unsolvable or it's not big enough of an issue to be solved. Personally, think it's a little of both. Immigrants legal or otherwise will continue to want to come regardless and with an economy as big as ours we can afford to absorb more immigrants. Just don't see immigration as a negative or a major problem. Prove to me it is.

Healthcare is a basic human right. I know you disagree, which is fine.

We spend incredible amounts on law enforcement and imprisonment. Prior to covid crime rates have been dropping for quite sometime now. Prove to me we should spend more on law enforcement and imprisonment.

This thread compares the Biden and Trump agenda, I don't see you addressing anything in the OP

Yes personal responsibility is a basic human right, what you put into your system, how you live determines the need for healthcare, that is a basic responsibility that you want to ignore or do you want to legislate that as well, national mandatory food menu and requirements?

I do give Americans credit for the economic results but you cannot seem to grasp why, it is a very simple word, INCENTIVE!!! You cannot seem to grasp the responsibility of city and states in much of your post, law enforcement and jails are funded by who? Who hires, trains, and funds police?

Although I never supported the payroll tax holiday under Obama and don't here tell me how enacting a payroll tax freeze doesn't put more money into people pockets?

It is due again in the first quarter of 2021. "Putting money in people's pockets" only to demand it back a few months later is basically a con game. Which Trump excels at.

It was quite specific. You didn't even read it. :lamo

Because the ONLY Trump® agenda is A, try and rig the election to avoid prosecution, and B, continue to FAIL at the job, and continue the grift. It's not my fault you feed yourself innoculating propaganda in your avoidance of reality.... :lamo

Trump does not have "policies" it is all about what benefits him the most. Right now that is trying to tear this country apart and destroy it. Because he is not what America wants or needs and he knows it.
