Have you any plans already?

We are thinking of raclette again.

General Tso's, fried rice, and lumpia...all homemade.

Christmas food, vegetarian style. Raclette is a fine idea.

I usually fixed prime rib, two racks for Christmas and everyone would come home. Last year I had it catered from a barbecue joint that is popular. Nothing this year.
I could care less what we have to eat. I usually do a lot of baking for the holiday but not this year. I am not even going to bother to decorate. I will focus on the religious aspects of the holiday and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich will do.

Traditionally we celebrated Christmas on Xmas eve with a big lasagna or stuffed shells dinner. Christmas day was a more relaxed affair and with the virus this year I might make braised beef ribs and polenta or coq au vin for 2.

And another question: What will you have a drinks for your Christmas Dinner? :)

I can't drink alcohol because of a deadly medication interaction, so it will be water, coffee, or tea.

We're thinking takeout Chinese.
