What questions would you like answered at the Zimmerman trial? [W:209:368:403]

Clearly the defense won't find a darned thing funny about the state's experts considering they didn't want them to testify.

The only thing that the jury will find funny is that the defense has no counter expert to say Zimmerman was the source of the screams.

The jury will also find it hysterical that the defense relied on the voice analysis of the FBI to conclude Zimmerman didn't use a racial slur but otherwise, the science is quack.

BwhahahaaHA!

Paging Captain Desperate.

Clearly the defense won't find a darned thing funny about the state's experts considering they didn't want them to testify.

Just curious, did you watch the entire Frye hearing? Because the pross witnesses were truly embarrassing. This isn't just my biased eyes and ears either. This is even people that are very anti-George/pro-Trayvon.

You've posted his a number of times. Not once have I ever seen the logic of comparing a store clerk to deduce GZ's actual height.

Just...weird. You want a 7 eleven clerk to stand side by side with GZ. It's about the most bizarre and outlandish things I have ever read on these forums.

And that's saying a lot.

Even after Excon tried to suggest dead bodies can shrink 3 inches on the autopsy table.
If this is the most bizarre outlandish thing you have ever heard, clearly getting out more will help as will measuring George in front of the jury.
This is easy. Obvious that Martin in his hoodie towers over the Hispanic clerk in living color. As George and the clerk are about the same size, it will be a great visual for the jury to have their mind's eye of the true nature of the sad encounter. I don't know if bodies shrink after death but bet it is possible. Even Martin's Mom said he was 6'2".
That description of George as a creepy old man with an old man voice is gonna bite Bernie and the State when George talks with that pipsqueak voice. And of course, we have Trayvon talking on that 7/11 video too.

Same for you. Why don't you read my post before you quote it? Or is it some sort of addiction? To use a quoted passage with your post? Or are you just trying to show you know more about this case than anyone else?

I don't think anyone knows much about this case. Hopefully the truth will be revealed in court. Probably not, however. Only one living clear witness to the shooting... And a whole lot of circumstancial evidence. Not to mention the political evidence, right?
With Florida's Sunshine Laws, the truth and evidence is supposed to be revealed in the Discovery. No Perry Mason moments in Florida and no conviction of the defendant by hidden assault by the state.

Sunshine laws and Discovery exchange between the defense and prosecution are two different things. Discovery law are about the exchange of possible evidence between the two parties. Sunshine laws have to do with public access to discovery by the media and the public.

He doesn't tower over anyone, since you don't know how tall the clerk is. Do you? How tall is the clerk?

As George and the clerk are about the same size

Evidence of this? Did you seriously just make this up?

it will be a great visual for the jury to have their mind's eye of the true nature of the sad encounter.

The true nature based on misstating the height of the victim?

I don't know if bodies shrink after death but bet it is possible. Even Martin's Mom said he was 6'2".

He was 5'11", 158 lbs. Get over it.

That description of George as a creepy old man with an old man voice is gonna bite Bernie and the State when George talks with that pipsqueak voice. And of course, we have Trayvon talking on that 7/11 video too.

The description of Zimmerman as creepy was made by the deceased as he noticed a stranger following him for no reason. Again, this is not controversial. Even Zimmerman asserts that Martin ran away from him.

What questions would you like answered at the Zimmerman trial?

GSR = Gun Shot Residue
Chemical smoke, unburned gunpowder particles, and microscopic lead shaved from the bullet when the weapon is fired do to rifling of the barrel. GSR is expelled out the muzzle and out the cartridge ejection port (semi-automatics) or around the cylinder (revolvers).

Given, two people (Person A and Person B) in a struggle where Person B is on top of Person A and is pressing down with one hand over Person A's mouth with one hand while reaching around the Person A's side attempting to pull a weapon from a holster and Person A pulls the weapon, maneuvers the weapon between the chests and discharges the firearm. How does Person A have GSR on their hands but not on the chest or sleeves of the jacket being worn at the time. GSR settles with gravity so Person A being under Person B and the shot occurring close and over the chest means the GSR would settle down.

Re: What questions would you like answered at the Zimmerman trial? [W:209]

Please provide a cite of W6 recanting his claim that he stuck his head out the door. I don't really expect you to find one. It seems you like to alter facts all the time. Just further evidence of how strong a case you believe there is.
Where did I ever claim "W6 recanting his claim that he stuck his head out the door"? Please don't engage in creatiing a false scenario inorder to smear your opponent.

The description of Zimmerman as creepy was made by the deceased as he noticed a stranger following him for no reason. Again, this is not controversial. Even Zimmerman asserts that Martin ran away from him.

Nope, we don't know that. We only know that the claimed 16 year old minor was actually a 19 year old DeeDee said that Trayvon told her about a creepy old man, which I think is hearsay. Even Bernie asserted that Martin hit Zimmerman. We can see in living color from the 7/11 video that Martin towered over the clerk and where both of their pelvis hit the counter.

Now I see the issue you seem to have. You had to change the transcript from what was actually said, to what you want to imagine was said. Just further evidence how weak of a case you have.

This is what you claimed was said:

This is what was actually said:

Please read my post carefully before you start accusing me of changing the trnscript. In my previous post I provided the link to a third party blog site where the transcript was taken. It wasn't my transcript and I didn't change anything from the transcript of that blog site:

https://www.txantimedia.com/?p=1079

The blogger of txantimedia simply has a different take of what Serino said in the 2/29/2012 part 3 interview than you and I. He probably had the enhanced audio media and had come to believe Serino said: "You're that voice in the background?"

Previously in my previous debate long ago with you in another thread, I had posted my own transcript of the same interview which I assumed i heard Serino said: "You hear that voice in the background?" and quoted as such to you in those debate:

http://www.debatepolitics.com/zimme...oard-bs-expert-w-398-a-20.html#post1061619230

"Serino: You hear that voice in the background?

Zimmerman: No, Sir.

(Starts call over)

Serino: That’s you.

(Call continues)

Serino: You hear yourself?

Zimmerman: That doesn’t even sound like me.

Zimmerman: Screaming In 911 Call “Doesn’t Even Sound Like Me” [Audio] | Axiom Amnesia "

http://www.debatepolitics.com/zimme...oard-bs-expert-w-398-a-25.html#post1061627893

Isn't it pathetic that you people have to change every admission to Zimmerman's benefit? Let's see:

1. NEN operator: "Are you following him?" -- Zimm: "Yep" turned into ------->> "Nope" by pro-zimmerman supporters.

2. Serino: "You hear yourself?" ---- Zimm: "That doesn’t even sound like me" turned into -----> "That does sound just like me".

3. Witness 6: "I'm NOT going outside" turned into ----> "I had just been outside"

See your glaring dishonesty and contortion at work?

Here's audio recording of the Serino interview of zimmerman on 2/29/2012 part 3:
George Zimmerman’s Statements To Sanford PD [Audio] | AxiomAmnesia.com Presents They Always Get Away: Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman Documents, Photos, Videos, Audio, and Articles

If you listen very carefully starting at 16:54, Serino could have said "You're the voice in the background?" or "You hear the voice in the background?"

Neither you nor I can say for certain which was actually said. Only Serino can say for certain what he actually said if he takes the stand and was questioned on this part.

But, either way, it is not going to go well with zimmerman. If he answered "No, sir" to the question "You're the voice in the background?" he is denying it was him doing the scream. If he answered "No, sir" to the question "You hear the voice in the background?" he is equally toast, because it proves he was a bold face liar who tried to pretend he couldn't hear the obviously loud scream in order to cover the fact that the scream wasn't his to begin with.

Nope, we don't know that. We only know that the 19 year old DeeDee said that Trayvon told her about a creepy old man, which I think is hearsay. Even Bernie asserted that Martin hit Zimmerman.

Witness #8 testifying on what Martin told her is hearsay and normally excluded from trail unless admitted under an exception. There is an exception for "dying statements" of someone that dies. Expect the defense to file a motion to exclude her testimony on what Martin said, of course the prosecution will argue a counter motion. Then it will be up to Judge Nelson.

However...

The fact that she heard another unknown voice on the other end of the phone (which we assume was Zimmerman unless someone would like to argue about an unknown one-armed man) is not hearsay. She can testify to hearing the voice and what the voice said. If the defense does not agree with her testimony on hearing Zimmerman, Zimmerman is available to take the stand and rebut the testimony. Also not hearsay is the fact that she was on the phone at the time Zimmerman claims Martin attacked him, this is supported by phone records so she can testify to that.

You are correct. We have been through this before.

He didn't hear the voice in the background at first and was probably paying attention to what was said in the foreground. I realize to you this is important, but it really doesn't mean anything.

Very normal statement for someone hearing themselves played back over a recording. I've said the same before. Many people have said the same and will say the same. Science has even provided you with an explanation as to why that is and that explanation has been provided to you.

We have been through this before. The screams for help are very steady. Then, just a bit before the shot, the screams stop for a short period. They then restart. My guess would be that was when the smothering occurred. That Zimmerman doesn't recall exactly when the smother occurred should not be unexpected surprising or out of the ordinary.

That Zimmerman didn't answer exactly as you wanted him to, does not provide proof of anything other then he didn't answer exactly the way you wanted him to.

Gymnastics.. They're not just a physical endeavor. The amount of mental gymnastics you have to go through to arrive at the conclusion you like.. wow.

Please provide proof from the evidence dump your assertion that zimmerman "didn't hear the voice in the background at first and was probably paying attention to what was said in the foreground."

To make it esay for you, here's the 2/29/2012 interview:

George Zimmerman’s Statements To Sanford PD [Audio] | AxiomAmnesia.com Presents They Always Get Away: Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman Documents, Photos, Videos, Audio, and Articles

Or, are you as usual, try to speak for zimmerman to patch up his blunders and clean up his mess when he pooped all over the places?

There was no foreground at the start of the 911 tape recording. The 911 tape begins with a very loud and terrified screcching voice pleading for mercy as in "I begging you" before the 911 operator or witness 11 even started to say anything. Then, the scream continued just as loud in the background as the operator and W11 were communicating.

Listen to the audio recording starting at 16:54 where Serino said, "Hear this one" before playing the 911 tape to zimmerman:

George Zimmerman’s Statements To Sanford PD [Audio] | AxiomAmnesia.com Presents They Always Get Away: Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman Documents, Photos, Videos, Audio, and Articles

Anybody who hear the taped Serino interview replaying the recorded 911 scream would have immediately pick up on the scream as the recording started to play. How could zimmermn not hear the initial screeching scream right before the 911 operator picked up the call? Remember, zimmerman was sitting right at the table next to this original 911 recording. So, how could you suggest that zimmerman could not hear the scream at first?

I know you are hard up to defend zimmerman at all cost, but please be reasonable and honest, will ya?

You claimed that it is very normal for someone to say "it doesn't sound like me" during played back over a recordingu. But it isn't normal for someone to remain dump founded and not make any attempt to clarify and correct oneself through the whole duration of the police interview where one's whole life is depended on it.

Most people who hear the playback of their own voice in the recording will recognize it's their own voice that just sounded different in the recording, especially in the extreme situation where the person had just experienced it very recently and was under police investigation on the very night of the incident where the person had claimed to be the one screaming for help that night.

But, what did zimmerman do when asked : "You hear that voice in the background?" or "You're that voice in the background?" His response was, "No, sir".

Unless zimmerman is hard of hearing, to suggest that he could not hear the loud terrfiied screaming voice in the foreground and background is simply a lie.

However, zimmerman was given 4 opportunities to claim for himself the voice in the 911 tape as his despite the repeated play back of the tape and long pause in between replay for him to correct himself. Yet, even when Serion repeatedly handed to him on golden plate by saying: "It's you",,,"That's you yelling for help. Help me, help me"... "And in the middle of all that yelling, nobody came out to help you", zimmerman not once owned up to it. Instead, he was quiet during all those long pause where Serino was waiting for his answer. He was like a deer with red eye at night caught in the headlight. You can sense through his quietness his uneasiness as if hoping for Serino to move on all something esle, which he did.

And of course, whatever evidence is detrimental to zimmerman all you have to do, as his ardent supporter, is summarily dismissed it as: "it really doesn't mean anyway" at every turn.

As to your explaining away of the smothering, you don't get a clean break of silence in between pause. Nor do you get to scream for help in a very steady stream. You are either out of breath for being suffocated or you are screaming through the hand and fingers with muffled sounds. Also, if zimmerman fired the fatal shot while Trayvon was stll putting his hand to suffocate him from screaming, zimmerman wou;dn't abruptly and completely stop his screaming once the pressure was lifted off of his mouth.

That's why zimmerman was very evasive when Serino kept asking him to pinpoint when he was being smothered. But, eslewere iirc in the reenactment, he was very clear that Trayvon had one hand in his mouth while he reached down to get his gun before Trayvon could get it with his other hand.

In a childlike timid whisper, Zimmerman kept saying , "I don't remember"..."I don't know". How could he not remember or not know when he claimed Trayvon's had put his whole weight upon his hands when he pressed down to smother him? How could he not remember or not know when zimmerman claimed he remembered his "broken nose" help like crazy when he was being smothered by Trayvon?

So, the gist is that if he was put on the spot that could nail him, all of a sudden he couldn't remember or he doesn't know. However, when it's to his advantage then everything is super-clear to him where all of a sudden he could recall all the impossible finest details of not only what Trayvon was doing moment by moment but also the way his jacket was displaced while laying on his back facing skyward with Trayvon supposedly slamming his head, punching his face and smothering him in total darkness. How convenient.

But all these exact same points have been argued with you over and over again in many threads for over a year already. For the recent one, the following thread alone covers most of the grounds we are dealing with now:

http://www.debatepolitics.com/zimme...apa-knox-off-cardboard-bs-expert-w-398-a.html

Where did I ever claim "W6 recanting his claim that he stuck his head out the door"? Please don't engage in creatiing a false scenario inorder to smear your opponent.

I'm not sure what else you could possibly have meant by this:

You said:
Don't you know that when you have light shining in your room or porch you can't really see what's out there in the dark? That's why a witness who lived just north of the T-junction said she had to turn off the light to see what was going on out there.

I said:
Well, then it's a good thing that the witness had the door opened and his head peeking out.
No, I do not expect that any witness woudl manetion every single detail in a 911 call.
Lastly, Just because Zimmerman was screaming louder then Trayvon does not mean Trayvon wasn't spekaing.. Even loudly.

And you replied:
W6 even recanted that version and has yet to be cross-examined under oath.

I never mentioned anything that W6 claimed other then that he stuck his head out. So what were you claiming when he said W6 recanted that version? It couldn't have been the "Z was screaming" part, as I did not tie that into W6's statement.

Please read my post carefully before you start accusing me of changing the trnscript. In my previous post I provided the link to a third party blog site where the transcript was taken. It wasn't my transcript and I didn't change anything from the transcript of that blog site:

No, you are wrong. I can be absolutely, 100% positive that he asked "do you hear that voice in the background?". And no, that question would not have anything to do with toast.

BTW, this is a ridiculous statement. Truly:
If he answered "No, sir" to the question "You hear the voice in the background?" he is equally toast, because it proves he was a bold face liar who tried to pretend he couldn't hear the obviously loud scream in order to cover the fact that the scream wasn't his to begin with.

I was referring to the version he provided on the next morning after the night of shooting versus the version he gave to the 911 operatpr on the very night of the shooting.

That "child like whimper" sure casts doubt on the "creepy old man voice" DeeDee claims to have heard.
Not at all. Zimmerman is very good in his acting. With authority he presented as weak and child like. To some one thin as a bean pole youngster that he thought he could run down with his gun, that's a different story.

Re: What questions would you like answered at the Zimmerman trial? [W:209]

I was referring to the version he provided on the next morning after the night of shooting versus the version he gave to the 911 operatpr on the very night of the shooting.

There was nothing in the post you replied to indicating anything similar to that... but fine.

BTW, this is a ridiculous statement. Truly:
The ridiculous part is your complete blind support for zimmerman. The screaming in the 911 tape is loud and clear from start to end when the gun fired. Anyone who said "No, sir" as in "No, I can't hear the voice in the background" is obviously lying. Lying to cover up the truth, of course. It's a no brainer.

Re: What questions would you like answered at the Zimmerman trial? [W:209]

The whole time in the series of posts that was what I was referring to.

Not at all. Zimmerman is very good in his acting. With authority he presented as weak and child like. To some one thin as a bean pole youngster that he thought he could run down with his gun, that's a different story.

How much evidence do you need to figure that one out?

Slow, obese George is a good actor? Who would have thought? George run down anything in his obesity? At 204 lb on that 5'7" frame, he could barely waddle let alone run and that is clear on the video and in Court. That is never going to wash. We all know how fat people walk and have a difficult time keeping their balance. Martin, a bean pole? Not hardly and that can be seen in the pictures Marin posted of his bare chested own self on his social media page. Don't see a bean pole there.

Sure. Someone that can't even be certain of what Serino asked, even though it's pretty darn clear, knows exactly what Zimmerman was thinking when he said that he didn't hear the voice in the background.

BTW, I recall that I didn't hear the background voice when I first heard the call. I was listening to the foreground speaking. Of course, you are certain I am lying for whatever reason you want to invent.
