What "principle" of MAGA is not fascist in nature? (1 Viewer)

So, deliberately discriminating against minorities is "equality"? Ri-i-i-ight.

They have that as a principle? Or are you arguing that not all of them abide perfectly by their expressed principles?

Does the GOP platform represent MAGA? That would surprise a lot of party members.

To start, I'm not inculcated in the "philosophy" of MAGA. I base my views on the expressions in public discourse, particularly on DP. I'm fervently anti-MAGA on that basis. I'm also a long-time student of fascism and authoritarian movements. Because of that, I've long considered MAGA as just a fascist movement. Indeed, I'm aware of no evidence to refute that. So, I'm starting a thread to entertain arguments to the contrary.

Be advised, however, that claims must be based upon substance, not unsupported conclusory statements. And they are subject to substantive challenge. I'd like to keep this thread out of the basement, so keep your commentary upstairs-worthy.

Trump cuts taxes regulations and the power of government over the people. Isnt that the opposite of fascism. Democrats expand the power of government ad use the government to attack their opponents. Isnt that what fascism is.

Trump cuts the power if government by cutting taxes spending regulations getting the state out of our lives while democrats put men in womens bathrooms, import criminals rapists and gangs force us to use stoves and bt EV cars in crease regulations control speech and use the law to attack political opponents.
