What is the worst thing that Trump would do in his second term?

I think that we all had better start getting used to a second term for Trump. The polls keep gradually moving his way, and Kamala has not yet figured out a way to stop that. So the question is what would be the worst thing that Trump would do in his second term. I have three items to start:

-Give Putin/Russia an inevitable victory in Ukraine by pullling all US support from Zelensky and his military. Yes, he clearly plans to sacrifice an entire independent and democratic nation because Putin is his good buddy. There is no place too deep in hell for someone who would sacrifice an entire nation to his ego.

-Release the Jan 6 rioters from jail. I'm certain that his staff is drawing up a list for him and, yes, he plans to release them "as his first act". He will be sworn in, and then go back to the WH and sign the pardon to release them. The criminals who tried to overturn the results of the last election by stopping the Electoral College vote counting and who battered any number of Capitol police will be walking free within a few hours of his inauguration, just his first action in throwing the Constitition into the trash.

-He will encourage more lawsuits regarding stopping abortions from the Red State Attorneys General, and even more draconian laws. Hopefully the referendum elections to overturn the abortion bans will be successful but beyond that, and over the next four years, the war on women's rights will be in full swing in the Red State legislatures and in the far right courts. And who knows what restrictions the far right Trump SC will add.

That's just a start on some very obvious ones. I'm sure that there are plenty to add. Goodbye Constitution, goodbye Democracy as we have known it.
 
Pardon himself and make all the cases against him dissappear. Lock up all of his foes on trumped up charges. Pun intended.

The worst thing is if he doesn't go far enough, these people have wanted to kill him twice so he better not hold back this round...
 
Fail to carry out his campaign promises.
 
All things he has promised and we expect are pretty awful: further abortion restrictions; rounding up immigrants, stacking the courts, immunity laws, graft, nepotism, profiting from office, censorship, criminality and self-pardons.

But i suspect if given the reins he/they will come up with some things i haven't even thought of yet and will be worse than all of these. Imagine this guy unbridled by any constraints on his power.

Right.....Mexico laughed at him when he said they were going to pay for the wall, and we're still waiting for his brilliant health care plan....he's never kept a promise in his long miserable dishonest deceitful life.

Like add tariffs in order to make goods more expensive for the American citizens? Like throw Ukraine in the trash heap in order to satisy his good buddy Putin? Like release criminals who violently rioted agains the Constitution? You mean like those promises?

Trump has stated his goals, and if he's elected that's what the people expect of him.

Thank you for confirming that you want to see Ukraine go down the tube so that Trump can remain friends with Putin, that you want to see violent anti-Constitution criminals released, and that you want to see Americans pay more for goods due to Trump tariffs. What you have done is to confirm just how terrible for the nation a Trump presidency would be.

Depends upon point of view.

To the Globalists: Anything that causes them to lose money.

To the Useful idiots: Anything the Trump hating media tells them is the worst thing.

To the Trump supporters: Anything that those above like.
 
I am not a pessimistic person. I think the election is a tossup and has been since the late summer. That said, if Trump wins, he will likely weaken environmental regulation, significantly increase the deficit (even worse than now), and throw Ukraine to the wolves. However, I think mostly it will be utter chaos. His mind wasn't great in his first term, he is far more senile and unhinged now than he was then. Moreover, he won't have competent people in his administration. He will attract the utter worst of society just like he does now.
 
There is no rational answer to the OP's question because he will do pretty much anything he wants, which could BE LITERALLY anything, and pretty much NONE of it will be good unless you are the kind of person who hates other people having equal rights.
MAGA appeals to the mindset of people who want rights for themselves and punishment and misery for people they disagree with.

MAGA despises the concept of democracy, MAGA despises secular governance and MAGA despises anything that conflicts with White Christian Nationalism. If you aren't a White Christian Nationalist, MAGA intends to punish you.

Well, since Maga only represents 35% of the republican party, they have A LOT of enemies now, don't they? That's one helluva lot of people to go after!

MAGA might only represent 35% of Republican thinking however in Congress they control the entire party 100 percent, which means they have minority fueled majority in the Electoral College, in the Supreme Court, in many Federal courts, and in the corporate run media.
