Then Obama becomes part of the conspiracy and his legacy is drowned in scandal.

Obama is going to be between a rock and a hard place. And for a president who never leads, what matters most? The DNC or his legacy?

Obama? Who cares. He has wrought his damage. A Clinton indictment is important for other reasons.
That is probably the only scenario under which Trump can win.

If Kissinger, Bush, and Cheney were not indicted for war crimes, do you really think she'll be indicted - for what again? What if Trump is tried and found guilty and has to serve time for defrauding people with his Trump University?

What are you smoking? I want some. I'm not a big Obama fan, but trust me - presidential scholars will one day rate him in the top 10 or 15. And their's is the only rating I care about since it will be an informed one, based on empirical evidence. No one cares what you think on the subject.

Next time you get a parking ticket tell the judge "there was a car across the street illigally parked,too. You should let me off!"

IF Hillary is indicted, I think the Democrat's super delegates will rally around Sanders to save the election. What may be a more important question, is what happens if she is not indicted, after she gets the party nomination but prior to the general election, and is then indicted? Another question could be, what if she is not indicted at all, and the FBI leaks the evidence they have to the Republicans in Congress and they release the evidence to show that she should have been indicted but was protected by Obama and the Democratic Party - which would be horrible for the country to go through (even more than the Nixon affair, IMHO) regardless of whether she was elected in the general or not at that point?

Derailed on the 3rd post... Sad that there isn't anyone willing to have this discussion. A strictly hypothetical idea stirred up the worst "we can't discuss this, so lets turn the thread into a fight about anything else" responses among the left here and then the right not only lets them do it, but HELPS them.

By talking? Somehow I don't think talking can compare to invasion. Arab spring was caused by the overthrow of Saddam.

But if I'm the only one getting the parking ticket and others aren't, then I will complain and maybe get an investigation of corruption going. There is no case before the nation chucklehead. It's conservatives creating one scandal after another. Good luck to you as well.

Circumstances of birth may not determine, but they can greatly influence outcomes - born poor or born rich - Insignificant?

No arab spring was caused by civil unrest in the middle east as a whole, the us had no part in creating arab spring. The us however fueled the fire and exploited it to every end it could.

Btw how could you equate something to the overthrow of saddam when it happened almost a decade later?

The Hillary campaign wanted the guy to cooperate with the FBI but he refused unless he was granted immunity. Why he wanted immunity is anyone's guess...it could've been something totally unrelated to Hillary and more to do with his own actions that might come to light during inquiry.
