Congress adds 200 seats (and fills them) to the Federal Bench, The Judicial Conference of the United States authorizes its Committee on Codes of Conduct to open hearings on all judges appointed that offered questionable answers during their confirmation hearings. Republicans voted in massive tax cuts for the rich, and they needed the deplorables votes to do that. The thing is, the deplorables aren't rich.
So in exchange for the slim chance the Supreme Court will intervene and get the deplorables anti abortion decisions or pro gun decisions, the deplorables agree to shoulder the tax burden the rich used to carry.
