What drugs give people with dementia/cognitive decline intentional momentary lucidity?

Just saw this in another thread, but we've read and heard that Biden is "on drugs" or "takes a drug cocktail" to give him moments of intentional -- but momentary -- lucidity.

Now's the chance for all of the arm chair MAGA physicians and psychologists to tell us which drugs might Biden be taken if he is so cognitively challenged.

Or is it because it has been heavily rumored that Trump has been snorting Adderall for decades, and MAGAns are once again projecting?

My MIL has full on dementia. There is nothing they can do to help her become lucid. We just entertain whatever she says and pretend like everything is normal but I’m all ears MAGA fans.

My parent died a year ago of Alzheimers, so I am equally interested because I cared for her for the last 4 years of her life and she was a handful. Her PCP didn't have anything to help or a referral to someone who could.

I just assumed it was the drug from the documentary "Limitless."
 
Biden is a show pony. He's capable of being lucid when he really thinks it matters. But unfortunately he gives a lot of minor speeches and press conferences on minor subjects, and by simply not caring that much he gives his opponents ever more ammunition to prove he's senile.

It's really no necessary to make public statements every day (or even every week.) Biden could be an old-fashioned President who speaks rarely.

Aside from kicking ass in negotiations, and getting more popular and effective policy passed than any President since FDR, he really is a dumbass.

I doubt that there are any drugs that will address his cognitive status, other then perhaps making him more alert and looking less like an 82 year old zombie. I would be more concerned with electronic measures such as fitting him with blue tooth hearing aids that will allow someone to directly feed him answers.

I used to run a dementia clinic and dispensed all three. At best, over time, they slow the advance of the illness, and some people show a mild improvement for a while, but miracles take a little longer. They've been around for a couple of decades, so they're no secret.

modify the sleep/rest schedule, mix something with a mild stimulant, and hope for two hours
