What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

Italian breaded chicken cutlets topped with Tomato caprese, buttered noodles, roasted broccoli finished off with warm garlic and red pepper flake infused evoo; water.
That broccoli sounds delicious.

I have no idea what we’re having tonight. Maybe we’ll order out. Or maybe not.
Right now we’re on the veranda in the shade grooving to the oldies via Pandora and enjoying some good wine and English Coastal Cheddar with Ritz crackers.

Liverwurst on a rice cake with a little English mustard, potato salad, fruit fluff.
I can do without the rice cakes. But I will take the liverwurst and put it on some nice crusty Jewish rye bread with a thin slice of onion, b&b pickles, and Kosciusko mustard.😋😋😋

Sounds great to me.😎👍

Dang. I looked up Gimbap once before when you had it, and I've already forgotten what it is.
Korean -gim are seaweed sheets, bap is rice, add a few yummy veg, roll it up and there you have it.
You can use all sorts of pickled veg or whatever needs attention and if you like meat and have some leftover, that's a good way to use that up.

My niece graduated from HS this afternoon. Brother and her mother hosted a crab pickin'. Steamed crabs, corn, slaw, potato salad, salad bar, barbecue, ice cream sundae bar. Such a good day.

Having Sal's traditional New York Slice (pizza). I live in the boonies and they are in Auckland and Wellington so I buy four or five and freeze them. Today I thawed out three slices! Meatball, Sausage and peperoni.
