What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

I pan-seared cod fillets and then finished them in the oven until they were cooked through. I served the fish with wild rice and amaranth pilaf.

NY style cheese pizza delivered from a local pizzeria, no contact delivery.

Decadent tonight.... broiled Atlantic lobster tails with clarified garlic butter, twice baked potatoes and asparagus.......creme brulee for dessert. Can't wait!

Last night I had home made burritos... Hoki (fish) refried beans, black beans, olives, corn, Mexican Rice, salsa in large tortilla with avocado and spinach.

Tonight I made Penna with kale, leeks, cherry tomatoes and whole garlic pieces... tones of them backed in oven. And spinach on the side.
Butter biscuits covered with beef tips and gravy, steamed baby corn, .
frickin yum
At hubbys request meat loaf, mashed potatoes, cream corn from a can and broccoli.
can I request that too?

On Saturday the grandkids got to pick dinner. It was chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings. And M&Ms for dessert
I hope that was just for them and you were not obligated to eat it?

No, I ate it. Took one* for the team!

You brave, foolish man.... 😆
Reminds me of something Warren Buffet said. He pointed out that he's looked at the actuarial tables (he owns Geico) and noted that 6 year olds appear to have the lowest risk of sudden death, so he eats like a 6 year old! He's known for his love of McDonald's breakfasts and burgers.

Caesar salad
grilled bologna and cheese sandwich

i chopped up one of the sandwiches into little squares for the dogs. they were pretty excited about that.
