I hope you fed the kid something.I have been craving a BLT with garden tomatoes lately. I don't have a garden this year, but I bought a local tomato and made myself a BLT without the L because I didn't have any on hand. Added Swiss and light mayo. Pringles on the side. It was good. I made my wife a grilled ham and Swiss.
I will have to try that.Sounds good, we haven't used L for years now. We make BTOs instead, bacon tomato and onion. When we go out camping, not much refrigerator room for lettuce, so those taste and work fine.
I'll have to try lentil humus. I've made chickpea humus and like that a lot.We had some dipping veg in the fridge, and, having watched 5 star chef on netflix, I thought I ought to try lentil hummus. I played around with the recipe a bit and spiced it up with roasted peppers. Yum.
Too hot for anything else.
Older kiddo had an la carte of cereal (with marshmallows,) fruit, and blue corn chips. Younger kiddo had fruit, cheese, and yogurt. There were some junk food snacks, too, but that happens.I hope you fed the kid something.
Congrats, I missed that you have 2 now.Older kiddo had an la carte of cereal (with marshmallows,) fruit, and blue corn chips. Younger kiddo had fruit, cheese, and yogurt. There were some junk food snacks, too, but that happens.

Have you seen The Menu? I don't look at eating out quite the same after that.We had some dipping veg in the fridge, and, having watched 5 star chef on netflix, I thought I ought to try lentil hummus. I played around with the recipe a bit and spiced it up with roasted peppers. Yum.

First I thought you meant the menu at the Langham but I looked up The Menu. No I haven't but that is going on the watch list.Have you seen The Menu? I don't look at eating out quite the same after that.
That film was hilarious in its skewering of fixed-menu pretentious restaurants.Have you seen The Menu? I don't look at eating out quite the same after that.
Tofu Pad Thai.
It was a frozen dinner. It's one of my favorite brands, but there is a local place that is the best that I've had. That place is a lot more fattening, though.#jealous
