That's a sophistic anology.
That has been tried in the past thru-out this world..
The results were not good.
We are crying about too many on welfare...
Has anyone spoken to "welfare queens" and asked them how they feel about this ?????
I, for one, feels its a problem of hatred and intolerance, and these will "go away", but very slowly - thank you - conservatives.

Not at all, taxpayers are expected to shut up and pay for people who are little more than leeches on society. I certainly didn't start the analogy but I think it fits just fine.
I feel the hatred.
No hatred involved, just justified frustration at being expected to foot the bill for other people's laziness.
That's exactly why I oppose UHC.No hatred involved, just justified frustration at being expected to foot the bill for other people's laziness.
First, refer to this image:

I am democrat, voted for Obama, I fall under lower middle class smack dab in the middle of it making my situation better than roughly 54% of Americans.
That's exactly why I oppose UHC.
It's one of many reasons I oppose it. However, we've become a lefty-liberalized nation now, where nobody has to work, nobody has to learn anything, everyone just has their hands out and expect to be taken care of.
Screw those people.
Yeah sure, nobody has to work, sure, sure.
Here's a bit of reality for you. In the state of California, in the past 25 years, 10 million new residents have arrived. Of those 10 million residents, 7 million of them are on medicare Of those 10 million residents, only 150,000 have filed income taxes. That's 1.5% of the newcomers who have jobs that make enough to pay taxes and 98.5% that do not.
You do the math.
You should count your blessings you're so far removed from the lower class that you don't realize how wealthy you are.
According to the majority of people on the planet, you *ARE* wealthy.
My experience with the "silver spooners" is they are typically republican and talk about poor taking their wealth when in fact most has been given to them. In the business I was in before i was told by one of them I would never make it to their level and far exceeded it only for them to concede they were in the wrong. That bubble burst, but I take great pride in knowing socially and income basis on my own hardwork, intellect, and merits I will before I'm 30 climb to upper middle and maybe if the time and ideas are right, even better than that. I sort life with a series of achievements and milestones one of those being economic superiority. To me, that ensures i can help my family and others in need while not having to ever worry about debt.
I take great pride in knowing Ive never used entitlements even when I could have. At the same time I understand some arent as resourceful as I am or aren't given the chances so these programs are beneficial to them and all of us.
compared to the majority of people on the planet....even the poorest american is wealthy
compare them tpo the western european countries and most americans are poor and have harsher working conditions.
