What are you listening to? ver. 15.0

For my Christian friends this special weekend, and anyone else who likes great music. It's another tremendous song by Van the Man.

If they'd played music like this in church and talked less when I was a kid I might have stuck around a little longer. OK, maybe not.

"Great White Horse"
Mimi Fariña and Tom Jans

Great song! When I saw the title "Great White Horse" I thought of the band Great White. I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually Mimi and Tom.

Even this atheist can be heard singing along to this now and again. People don't realise Bob Marley was a Rastafarian evangelist.

That would make a hell of a theme song for the Jamaican tourism industry. They should check it out.

David Bowie folks. He may have died recently I'm not sure.

Bobby thumbed a diesel down just before a rain. The rest is history.

In memory of Jan Rot, Dutch singer who died today of cancer.

Jan Rot way earlier in his career and life, singing with one of the greatest singers in the Netherlands (Boudewijn de Groot). The clip is from a live concert Boudewijn gave in Paradiso Amsterdam. The concert was in cooperation of the Dutch symphonic orchestra.
