I also love the Cure. Best concert I ever went to was at Shoreline to see them in '88 or so, for their Disintegration tour. I was on ecstasy so that probably played a factor :)

My girlfriend is taking me to see them next month in San Jose. Can't wait.

The Gourds are actually a pretty good band, live & on CD. I dated a girl from Dallas(my old high school sweetheart, but that's a whole other story) around the time of my divorce and she got me into them...

Very good comment Trinity, I so agree, I own everyone of their CD's, I always consider their music a sumptuous feast to be savored.:cool:

U2 - Beautiful Day >>> reminds us not to take for granted the beautiful world we live in and the beauty of each day that unfolds, it's an inspirational song that lifts yr spirits, gives u hope and makes u look at the world with a fresh new perspective. I look at the world with different eyes each time after I hear this song :)
