I like techno, house, rave, progressive, but I tend to lean towards trance :D

btw I like all music except metal, country and hard rock :D

Trance? Like Enya?

I dislike new country but can wrap my head around old country. I am a metalhead (as if you couldn't tell :2razz:).

You can tell your wife "I approve"!!!

How about Ani Difranco?

I tell her she sounds like an epilectic asthmatic.

I think it's the coke.

heh, I don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't even drink, how's that for a clubbing techno babe? :D I just dance cos I love the music and the lights :D

Not everyone who likes techno do drugs ... :2razz:

I like some metal if it's clever. I love old country...Merle Haggard, Patsy Cline, Bocephus, David Alan Coe.

I can't get into hardcore gangsta rap. I do like some Master P still, though. Actually, I still LOVE Master P. Unnnnggggh!

You leave Ani alone. "**** you and your untouchable face" is one of the greatest songs ever.

I also like "32 Flavors" and "Falling is Like This". I have demo tape of hers from back when she was performing in malls and stuff. I fell in love with her when I was on a trip in high school and she was playing at a mall in DC. She's ****in awesome. Seen her in conert 9 times.

Nope, trance isn't Enya... Enya is new age.

Trance is like techno but it repeats over and over like a trance ... yes I know u will puke at this point :2razz:

The Cure - Friday I'm in love >>> I like this one too :)

Vid link here : YouTube - The Cure-Friday I'm in love

That's probably my least favorite song from the Cure. Not to say I don't like it, but I like it least. It's so...LA-LA-LA. It just seems out of character for them to me. Though it does have the same sound...

I do like her lyric "my **** is built like a wound that won't heal"

Little known factoid about to become widely known with this post...In the summer of '95 (weird that its been over 10 years, wow), my dad refused to pay for my next semester of college because I took an English degree instead of some kind of Engineering degree. So, I took off and sold 'shrooms to hippies on the Phish tour that year to pay for the next semester. I followed Phish all over the Southeast; Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia. I had a blast that summer.

This is my favorite song by them, but it came much later than that summer. I think Wilson was my favorite by them then...

Phish, Farmhouse

I'm a Deadhead. I never got into Phish. I didn't want to be a Phishhead. The same thing goes for Barry White. I'm no Whitehead. :2razz:

I like the Dead, too. Not as much as Phish though unless its just a straight up bootleg jam session. Then it's definitely Dead over Phish. I remember sitting up on Cone Manor in Boone, NC and looking down on the town and realizing it was shaped like a Jer-Bear. I swear to god, I wasn't frying or anything when I realized it.

It's actually a big joke around town. I'm not the only one that sees it.

I must go there.

I must go there.

I spent a summer there doing a work study. We were hiking along the Appalachians and tagging small mammals. Weekends we spent back in town and I fell in love with the place. It's definitely an experience. Some of the most interesting characters are in that town.
