Oh, and it was awesome. I never thought I'd have a chance to see those glorious bastards live, but there they were.




I'd occasionally seen youtubes of Axl with his fake G n' R back up band over the years, and he sounded terrible in them.

He - everyone - was in top form at this show, though. The only real difference is that he cannot maintain his scream for quite as long. But then, he's over 50 I believe.




They also came out precisely on time.
 
Somehow long long ago I missed the fact that TEAM BRITNEY is pretty awesome:

 
Remembering my mom, who used to put this into the 8-track (Dad would not allow her to touch the record player or reel to reel) when she was in her happy place, which got less common as the years went.
