Berlin is the eternally young city. This tune will keep you tapping your feet.

Good band, but they've never been able to top this.

Queen is one of my all-time favorites. This is from their Rock Montreal concert. Freddie Mercury at his finest.

I love Vivaldi's Four Seasons! I usually just listen to the whole thing, but I found this group on youtube that has pretty videos for each of the seasons. Right now I am really enjoying "Spring" and the images from Venice, one of my favorite cities. I can't wait to see the videos they have for the other seasons, too.

Here is "Summer." I love Venice. Sorry, already said that. I really like watching these guys working that beautiful sound out of their instruments. So much talent, and lovely sounds.

Oh my, this is too lovely. Here is "Autumn." Sorry for posting so many videos in a row. I really didn't plan on posting more than the first one. It is one of my favorite collections of music, though, and the images of Venice and the group of musicians playing these classic pieces are really fascinating. I also love the people wandering about the alley across the courtyard from where these guys are playing. Just passing by, minding their own business, just another day in the life of a Venetian with some random guys playing Vivaldi out in the open air! Wow! What a magical place.

You were born to break
You were born to break
You were born to break my heart

The same kitchen, the same eyes
The same reaction to the same lies
It was not so long ago
A most auspicious start
And only now I know
You were born to break my heart
You were born to break my heart

"Guilt Trip," I can hear you say
"Get a grip girl, you've lost your way"
You don't begin to understand
I guess it's time that we part
And don't be using that old cliche:
"You were born to break my heart"
You were born to break my heart

No wonder we looked like the perfect couple
It was so brilliantly conceived
It seems I have the yen to lose
And you can't pass up, the perfect chance, to leave
The perfect chance to leave

The same plot, the same pain
I'm standing here in the same rain
Just as stubborn as a fool
You'd think I might get smart
But here I am cursed to seek love again
From yet another cold heart
You were born to break my heart
You were born to break my heart
You were born to break my heart...

I was cleaning out a closet today and found some old CDs! This is the band Swell, from the album Too Many Days Without Thinking, which is one of those albums where I love every song. So happy! Here is the song "At Lennie's."
