OK, for something completely different. I like a lot of Mexican music. I like banda, which is a style of music that is often about romance and love and played by an orchestra. It's easy to hear German influence in a lot of banda.

El Premer Lugar (I am the one) is an excellent banda song by a very well known Mexican band. The video is in and of itself worth watching.

I had to post these here to keep the summer music thread topical, but these are a couple of my favorite Billy Idol songs. ;) You must think I'm really corny now.

I always thought "Eyes Without a Face" was kind of creepy. :lol:

I'm listening to the soundtrack of the console game "Skies of Arcadia". I don't have a console and I've never played the game, but the music is top-notch. This particular song is the ending credits song. For some reason, it always makes me think of "young love".
