Woodward: Military Upset Susan Rice Telling Generals How To Fight


Sunday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox News Sunday,” veteran journalist Bob Woodward said people in the military are complaining to him that the Obama administration has no strategy to defeat ISIS other then having people like Susan Rice “micromanage” military responses.

Woodward said, “If you talk to people in the White House and the military, I think there’s agreement and John McCain is right and General Flynn is right, there is no strategy. They have not sat down and said this is where we want to go and this is how we want to do it. And the measure of that, when you head into the weeds here, people from the White House are micromanaging the tactical situation on a daily and weekly basis. That’s not their job. They have to kind of do strategic planning and say what do we want to accomplish in the next year.”

It would appear that a painty raid is in order for Susan Rice.

Obama is a lame duck. Strategy against ISIS? He is holding out until his term is over, all the while, milking the US taxpayers for all he can get. He couldn't care less what ISIS does. Sure, he will make speaches, condemning ISIS but in the same breath, condemning Christians as well.

Bush, ahem, would have a strategy and have shared it ubiquitously through a trigger happy vice president.....

He would definitely have had a strategy. It might have been garbage, misinformed, risky, expensive, destined to fail, and or war mongering depending on which socialist is posting, but DAMN would there have been a strategy.

Well, he did promise change, and the Grubers who voted for him never asked what change, so now all I guess they can do is hope that another George Bush will come along and bail them out again.

I guess that's hope, I am not sure. I am still confused about that "affordable" thingy where everyone is bitching it costs to much

What promises has Obama kept? What successes can he cite? We have to walk on eggshells about terrorism, our enemies are emboldened, and his response is to micromanage the military.

As I pointed out, he promised hope and change, and you got it.

He promised to close Gitmo and he hasn't mentioned it in a year, which to him is closed.

He promised action on amnesty and he did, he created an elite of illegals who can stay without fear of being arrested along with every other of the 30 million of them sense he's banned charges.

Let's see he promised a balanced budget and Michelle has done a wonderful job of not spending million dollar week ends in New York shopping for ugly dresses.

He promised affordable health care and he and the rest of Congress have it...

What else?

Oh he may not have mentioned this a specific goal, but his handicap is way, way down
